Free & Fighting for Justice

Filed under: General, Law & Courts — Paul Catton @ 11:50 pm

Thursday saw me attend the Waitakere District Court for Sentencing (refer post Day of Reckoning Wed 23rd Nov).

Jim and the “Boys” were making their protestations heard with clarity. Material illustrating the Family Court Sytemic abuse was handed out to enlighten members of the general public.

I have had the convictions overturned and a retrial with a jury has been ordered.

Although this is far from over (will it ever be?) there are some serious issues stemming from the Judicial and Court administrators. It has been suggested that this has been a small victory for the Mens movement, but the battle for our parenting equality is huge.

A huge and heartfelt thanks goes out for all the support I continue to receive from all of you.

  1. I am greatly sympathising with your huge fight for justice - for equality between parents - for children’s rights on both their parents after divorce or separation. From the other part of the world I wish you all the courage you need to continue

    Kind Regards

  2. The justice system is so adversarial.
Keep fighting and never give up. A few courageous people can change a morally corrupt system.
Take heart that there are a lot of women out there horrified by the actions of those in supposed positions of authority that are prepared to alter facts and stretch the truth.
    Best wishes.

  3. We are behind you guys, keep up the good work.

Don’t let the lesbian bitch Clark and her male-hating arseholes get away with it.

Give them what they have giving every male there.
