Lawyers called to account again
The Coalition conducted another protest outside of the homes of lawyers who are mercenary and rake a packet promoting adversity in the Family Court, destroying families and marginalising parents in the process.
These legal workers promote controversy instead of cooperation to further enhance their own wealth without regard to the long term devastation they are abetting.
We have said enough is enough, and have taken the scurrilous attacks they have used on us and thousands of New Zealanders personally, so we now tell them personally about the damage they have willingly conspired to create, right in their immediate neighbourhood.
The support we get in the neighbourhood is mostly favourable with the odd element of hostility.
(They are very nice neighbourhoods, plenty of coin goes into the area).
It is greatly pleasing to see this dedicated group (ever increasing) taking on a campaign like this with alacrity, achieving the desired results and enjoying post demo social activities.
A special tribute goes to the Jimmy B’s and their vocalizing.
You guys take out the hard work and make it an enjoyable exercise for the rest.
Another tribute to MikeP who came and faced his nemesis and counselled the counsel.
Well done to all who participated today(men, women and children), I am proud to stand along with you and call you friends and comrades in this war against Family injustice.
Kindest regards
Paul

In 1999 a small group began protests outside Judges houses, lawyers offices, family courts. We stopped those protests on the basis that we would be civilized and meet these people, and we did. We meet the family law section in the offices of the Auckland Law Society. We meet the principal family court Judge, in a public meeting in Henderson. We meet politicians in their offices, and their committee rooms. Just thought I would remind you before these people conn you into and agreement to stop embarrassing them.

I have been wondering whether visiting lawyers homes and protesting is ethical. And then I wonder what ethics the lawyers are practicing.
It is a very loud statement and everyone’s listening. Whether the public, polititions, lawyers, judges or whoever love it or hate it, they are paying attention. Everyone seems to know Jim and the others.
The small group of protestors in 1999 must of made progress yet not enough it seems. So the War4Kids continues on this work. And they will also make progress. And so will all our vioces count if we speak up to whoever.
I think, we should not degrade someone, set someone up or play them off against others for trying to create positive change. Instead we should be supportive.

As one of the walked over and kicked dads that the jack-booted legal workers have have scavenged upon. I feel I must get out and support the others on the protest movement, what a movement we got going now,”It is spreading” Sunday what a feeling comming away from letting legal undesirables know that we aint gonna take it anymore. There may have been one or two incidents lawers family pysically attacking our most loved and hardest working member, hope your over that mate, must have been a shock to have such a respected family do such a thing to both you and the other loving dad that was also attacked. We must look at getting those protection orders in place. But to move on The feeling that these Dads Mums and our Kids that are involved in this action against legal crooks are becomming one big family,This, I’m sure will spread the battle throughout the whole country. This may even oust the govenment if they dont get of thier buts and do something to right the wrong.Let us keep on doing it for all kids, its thier natural right to have both parents.See you sunday eveybody. These lawyers and judges that we protest against have some of the worst mouths around.
If we used the language in court that these so called professionals use at our protests we would probably spend time in jail for contempt of court.
Not to mention that Stuart Cummings family member didn’t seem to mind assaulting Jim Bagnall in front of us all.
Stuart Cummings himself acknowledging in public to all of us that he did indeed lie in court.Pity I can’t go back and bring this issue up since I am banned from entering a Family courtroom again.
