So it seems at least one of Louise Nichols’ supporters might face charges for breaching the court order. Shame he’s male, and there’s no hint at least yet, of any of the women breaching the support order being charged. Here’s hoping we’ll see equality.

I wonder how many of the Louise Nichols supprt team will be outsie the court to support this victim of the NZ legal system’s gender bias regime.Cant wait to see it but wont hold the breath.

What else would you expect? He might have supported Louise and the sisters but he is still just another potential rapist after all eh? He probably did it just to get in their pants or was a spy for men bla bla bla
To be so proactive without full knowledge of the facts makes this man a fool. That’s the problem with historical accusations, they are flawed through the passage of time and should always be treated with caution.
Even when the men accused used their position of power to get the accusations covered up?

Whatever the situation the Louise Nichols case has had its effect. The Law Commission is currently considering matters like making previous convictions disclosable to Jurys and as evidence. The theory is of course if it looks like a duck (or has balls), talks like a duck (has an adams apple) and walks like a duck (is heterosexual) then probably rape is a certainty.
