Just another step along the way to when all children are microchipped at birth, and everything about them will be carried around, for everyone to see.
Had a CYFs complaint – you’ll never shake it. A police record? Been deemed a risk? Perhaps your Family Court judgement?
And of course, thirty years hence, we can establish everyone’s suitability to be parents at the swipe of a chip-reader.

Having been the victim of a malicious ‘allegation’ to CYFS, and having had CYFS agree there was no case to answer, the very unlovely Wendy Hardinger asserted, when I asked for the record to be expunged, ‘Oh no. That record stays for life…pause…You see. We may not catch ‘them’(me) from the first allegation. We may not catch them from even the second. But we always catch them.’
You see? Ms Hardinger just ‘knew’ I was as guilty as hell, she just needed proof. Unlike Arthur Allen Thomas’ case, planting proof is hard unless Wendy can encourage a child to plant the proof.
I asked if she’d like to try the ducking-stool approach, and bugger me, for a moment I saw her consider the option.
Then the bright, feret-like eyes of this utterly depraved and revolting woman locked into mine…they learn this eye-contact shit in “How to deal with paedophiles in denial (101) at CYFS school”…. and said, ‘I see you’re not ready to face your guilt. That’s fine. One of these days you’ll see things from ‘our’ perspective.’
And I realised that for the first time in my life I was actually face-to-face with a representative of this evil empire. An empire which sublimates fact to opinion, and acts, person-by-person, exculpating their own demons at the expense of innocent parents and children.
But give them a Lillybing, where ‘only’ physical violence leading to death is involved, then it’s ‘Ho Hum….There’s no sex involved, see?’
Every one of us must challenge this (S55) crap where the ‘opinion’ of these untrained weasels is given space.
It is my opinion that someone. John, perhaps, should set up a fighting fund to buy the very best of lawyers to fight just a few cases of CYFS opinion, and then we can all start to use the ‘win’s as precedent to start fighting back.
I’d happily open the fund with a grand.

Yes I’d stick a grand in as well if the case was a decent one. Re this ID crap, the solution is simple – once they get the microchips programmed, find out where they are and mix them up with those for the dogs. Then we’d get licenses to keep our kids and the dogs would collect the benefits. Bloody stupid really but one has to get a bit light about this to retain sanity. Who is this evil Wendy woman – surely her words are a matter of record and the privacy act must afford some rights?

Why aren’t some of these issues brought up and election time?
A few women in this elected Govt cannot possibly do such things without the general public being appraised of what they they propose to do. The voters would condemn them and it would be the demise of the Labour Party.

Well Morris, you’d better believe it – we do NOT live in a democracy, we do live in what is a near communist state. As far as booting them out at the ballot box goes, the LP have been very clever and the % of voters now dependant upon their “benefits” (they taketh it with one hand and gratiously give it back with the other) is high. In addition, let’s be blunt here, the average punter here in NZ is utterly apathetic esp when it comes to voting. So unless we mobilise a huge level of public debate, these matters will remain unchallenged.
Just to reply to a couple of Davids comments,firstly there was sexual abuse in the Lilybing case,she had major vaginal trauma but this was only discovered post mortem and of course the homocide took precedence over the nitty gritty.From some inside information I became privvy to,it would seem the police had trouble establishing who the perpetrator was because there was more than one,this is a very sick degenerate family,matriarchal in nature from the two tv exposes,who have a lengthy history of both child abuse and benefit abuse.All children in this family should have been removed immediately and their welfare status altered forthwith,why should the taxpayer fund this sort of behaviour.In conclusion,re your problems with inappropriate comments made by govt employees,complain,complain complain.Officially,also demand an apology from this slag by email,then copy and paste,its a big web out there,go to the ombudsman,get her name on angryharrys site,dont muck around,go straight for the jugular without hesitation.Complain to her boss,and the head of the department,if you make enough noise they will shift her sideways to prevent their dept from investigation,and this is where it will hurt her the most.Like all zealouts,she will be passionate about her life mission to inflict pain and suffering on all the evil men who have ever said mean things to her throughout her miserable life and suddenly find herself disempowered,this is her worst nightmare.You know I dont have a problem with women in positions of power,just the unproffessional way they use it.Why cant they just do their job with fairness however distasteful it may be.Thats what being a proffessional is all about,and nobody forced them to take the job.
So could anyone provide this womban’s email address plus that of her boss so we could all bombard them with objections.??
I am with Rex on this one. Exposure is the key. We need more accountability in this country for individuals like her. I am disgusted at- Wendy’s-comments! And if they try to protect her take it to International agencies and cry corruption!
