In a democratic society there is a healty distance between the judiciary and parliament. That remains the case in Australia, but not in New Zealand. Their judicial system is providing legal outcomes ours is providing political ones, and that is due to political interferrence in both the operation of the Police and the Judiciary, most of which can be directly related to Miss Clark. Girls can do anything doesn't mean anything you damn well like includiung change bend or break the rules, or change your mind the next day just because it suits you. This had to happen sooner or later and I for one welcome it, because I'm sick of bullshit that has been going on in this country.

Why does New Zealand deserve contempt from the Australian judiciary? You need to explain your point better as it is unclear. If Helen Clerk did something for example, what was it??? And how does this correspond to the so-called 'deserved' contempt shown by an Australian judge?
