Waitakere Abuses Bill of Rights
It would appear the cat is finally out of the bag regarding the complete “judicial ignoring” and perhaps cover up of my election for Trial by Jury in October 2004 and the subsequent suppression of my accessing for verification, audio recordings of my election that are held by the court.

THE WAITAKERE FAMILY VIOLENCE COURT:
A MORE FOCUSED APPROACH
Judge David Mather, 22 October 2005

10. Those arrested for family violence will, if held in police custody, appear in Court the next Court day. If bailed by the police they will appear in the next Family Violence Court which is held each Wednesday
12. At first call the defendant will not be entitled to enter a not guilty plea (or elect trial by jury if that option applies). This is an important part of the process. It prevents instinctive knee-jerk pleas of not guilty prior to receiving proper legal advice and proper consideration of the charge or charges. It also allows for the emotions of the incident, which may have occurred less than 24 hours earlier, to subside
13. The police are encouraged to provide prompt disclosure of the usual documents, and defendants urged to either apply for legal aid or obtain their own counsel without delay. Defendants are remanded from the initial appearance, either immediately following arrest or at the first Family Violence Court appearance, for one to two weeks. At that second appearance they are expected to enter a plea.

To date, I am still awaiting absolute complete disclosure by the Police including audio copy of the calls I made to the Police whilst being assaulted which were coded 1 priorty for emergency attendance.
My case has previously been adjudicated in a trial before a District Court Judge in a defended hearing but upon my insistence has been reluctantly referred back to the stage of initial proceedings as my request of electing Trial by Jury was ignored.
How many more squre pegs are being / have been forced into the round hole.

Well done that man!
It is amazing how far some people can go by pretending to have some authority that they do not actually have. Bluff and intimidation are the normal weapons used. When you win, you take away their power for future cases too. It takes real balls to stand up to such people- because they will fight dirty to maintain their position. Stay calm, stay focussed- do not be intimidated- go well.
I’ve been there, and I won- you should win too. Best wishes John

I agree stand firm brother fyi I just filed today Christchurch High Court as the appeallant application for leave out of time to appeal 14 criminal convictions since my nightmare started in 2001.Respondent NZ police. I got one chance in a million however I am thankful I am tough minded optimist .Oh yes yesterday I filed in family court application to discharge 6 sets of protection orders as they were based on malicious false allegations & bad Ashburton lawyers. I have given the corrupt system a lot to think about. I will never give up until I clear my name as I was a good Dad. In solidarity - dad4justice

Dear Clinton,
Or should I refer to you as Charles from your other IP addressed comment.
Instead of assisting the raking of muck, be proactive and come along to the
Men’s Centre North Shore on a Monday evening and assist us trying to repair
the damage that is continually being done by corrupt Lawyers and the
Judicial system to our children through marginalisation.
Kind Regards.
Paul
