Woman sentenced over false sexual attack claims

Hot on the heals of yesterday’s news we have this slightly older similar false complaint put to rest. Keep it up women! You do your cause little justice, and undermine the credibility of genuine victims!

    This report bothers me greatly.
Notice how fempress report her as mentally fragile and vulnerable in the opening paragraph. A blatant attempt to curry sympathy for this lying, coniving fraudster.
Notice how she’s only getting community service – the lightest possible type of sentence.
Now consider also some salient facts – if she’d gotten away with having the guys convicted they’d have gotten a minimum of 7 years for rape, plus extra time for it being ‘aggravated’ with a weapon involved. Probably somewhere in the region of ten years stir time at least, and a lifetime therafter of being ostracized by thier communities upon release.
Now contrast that with what she was doled out with. Much less than the maximum hours (200) she could have gotten for the softest sentence – Community Service.
Notice also that despite her being reported as mentally vulnerable the judge didn’t even ask for a psychiatric report. Clearly he believes she’s not insane, just an angry woman trying to use the system to screw of these guys.
So insanity isn’t a mitigating factor here. That’s clear.
I’m really glad he at least had the good sense to release her name to the public. They should be warned about havinng a malicious fraudster and purjurer in thier midst. Also the community she lives in, being able to identify her now can administer some community justice of it’s own.

Three things I’d urge people in nz to do now -

    1. Please seek out the men falsely accused – they’ll be traumatised for sure, and nowhere in teh report is thier any mention that thier getting the post traumatic counselling support they’ll surely need.
    2. If this woman’s in your community keep close tabs on her. She’s a risk to you and your loved ones.
    3. If you haven’t done so already get hold of and read Warren Farrel’s exellent writings on the ten only female defenses to see another part of what we men are up against.

    Have a good day folks.

False allegations of sexual abuse and domestic violence are encouraged in the family court gravy train brothel . Ever heard of the filth ( NZ police ) withdrawing over a dozen criminal charges including male assaults female, threatening to kill x 6 etc…etc… because the whole small rural West Coast community turned up court day to tell the truth i.e I was a caring and loving Dad to my adoring & happy daughters !!!!! November 2001. The filth crapped themselves and the prison van went over the hill empty however the filth recharged me the next day and the same judge sat behind the bench 3 weeks later in family court and the nasty f..ker proceeded to crucify me. Over 5 years later my daughters are lost in a world of PAS and the scum liars who planned my downfall are all protected by court . It is little wonder I told the same judge a few weeks ago to shove his corrupt and prejudice court brothel up his pious arse !!!!!He went red in the face and I walked out !!!! Stuff them all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its better to be defeated on principle than to win on lies .My love and miss my daughters !!

Is there anyway that we can get this information and, collectivelly support these men?

I suppose the courts would seem the obvious place to start. They keep records of all plaintiff’s and accused.
I, overseas at present so can’t offer more help, but good on you for asking such a caring question Tony f.

    Hi Stephen & Tonyf

The prison van went over the hill, with my father in it.
    Traumatised for sure!!
My father was FALSLEY accused of historical sexual abuse going back 27 years.
We recently had the trial resulting in very mixed verdicts, but enough to be convicted and sentenced to 9 years.
This was a typical “he said, she said”, there was no corrobotaing evidence whatsoever.
What more can a man that has been falsely accused of such filth do,but plead his innocence and put his faith in the so called “justice”, and “legal” system.
The law needs to have the “statue of limitations” & “corrobotaing evidence” brought back in. ACC and councellors need to take a good long hard look at what is going on too.
Our lives have been turned upside,by a woman who had 27 years to get her story right, whom my father was no match in the “witness box”, to a incompotant policeman, to a incompontant lawyer, to a jury where preduice and emotion took over.
Our fight is by no means over. To all the other men out there that this has happened to “being falsely accused”, keep strong! if there is anyone willing and able to fight the system please contact me.
