CYF “name and shame” website
The blog site that names and shames CYF employees who parents have felt bullied or intimidated by, has caused reaction from PSA union and CYF general manager Lorraine Williams, who says she “could not promise teh department will always get it right”.
Well the solution is obvious - to set up a complaints Authority to investigate such allegations adn greviances, as United Future deputy leader Judy Turner said today.

Another complaints authority? Be as effective as the PCA no doubt.
Problem is that no one trusts complaints authorities as they just become another layer of dross.
Its not removing causes its adding another layer of bureaucracy.
So from my view no, not a generally agreed good idea.

I reckon the best complaints authority is sites such as this on the internet. A major cause of the downfall of the Stalinist regime in Russia was not some “complaints authority” but the underground writings of men such as Solzenetsym.
The Communists were not able to stifle public dissent- I will be interested to see how much success the NZ apparatchiks can achieve in shutting down dissenting websites such as http://www.cyfswatch.blogspot.com/

I am 100 per cent behind the cyfswatch website and the tactic of name and shame. Just as I am equally proud of http://www.Handsonequalparent.org.nz scroll of shame. I hope they put up the low life social workers that put the knife into me, as I sent their names through today. If they are shut down. I will create a blog /website where I intend on naming and shaming cops, judges, family court psychologists, lawyers and social workers and I will welcome any litigation. I have overwhelming evidence the experts were wrong and overwhelming evidence that there was criminality.
Judy Turner is part of that inept disgraceful political party that set up the totally ineffective Families Commission.Her leader Peter Dunne protects the identity of drug dealers while crushing countless men with his child support extortion racket. We do not need political cronies of the present Government making up more countless, pointless bureaucratic positions. We already have enough toothless Government corporations gliding along on corporate pay rates without any accountability or scrutiny. All of them have made an ‘art form’ out off writing off complaints over the years.
How can State agencies that continue to be a failure to our children claim that they have established themselves on the welfare and best interests of child as their paramount principle?

How do we hold it truely independent in a country such as NZ. probably the only way is have independent (Not Jucicial, Lawyers, S/W’s, or similar) just joe public, on local panels with power to walk into offices and sieze files

This really has struck a nerve with Our Prime Minister and other Government Oficials. All over the radio news, all over the TV news and all with comment from Helen Clark herself. And tomorrow the nzHerald.

And this (CYFSWATCH) is also a good thing for the parents who think the Government won’t come after your children. You may be free (for now) but your children may not and your grandchildren… well it doesn’t look good for their generation.
And the no smacking law? … well that has just turned into more Laywer funds because the definition is so broad. Parents have no control of their children anymore. Does that sound familiar? Oh, yes. Radical feminist’s goal and they are afterall back in charge.

These Authorities/Commissions/Onbudsmen/etc have proved useless to Javan and my progress/complaints re FC-CS-WINZ-School-Local body networks etc, over the last 12 years and I have heard similar from many others some on this forum.
I have asked the http://www.cyfswatch.blogspot.com/ Blog owner via E-Mail to send the info re private addresses etc for these and any other scrum that damage our **Whole-NATURAL-Biological-FAMILIES** so we can add them to the Nominations for Shame (The list of those to be BOTHERED)
As I have said to enquiring media many times in the last few days - I do not know who it is but applaud their courage and have linked HandsOnEqualParent to the site

I am sure the public can’t be foolish enough to think parents who have suffered through CYFS and the FC are going to kill them yet the public must hear the stories are real else why would police protection be involved.

The correlation between the conniving cyfs, cops and family court is beyond belief, as my experience indicates that they operate in highly secretive/lewd world where alienated parents are often not even told of hearings where orders are rubber stamped by a sinister judge . I attended a family group conference ( the week before Christmas ) and a judge said to me he is sick and tired of lawyers and cyfs staff deliberately shutting children out of the lives of biological families. He thanked me for my meaningful input, which should see an alienated grand mother, re-united with her grand son after 6 heartbroken years.
I am meeting with cyfs staff this afternoon on various matters and after that I am going to the office of a feminazi bitch lawyer and girlyman child counsel. These cretins did not have the decency to tell yet another heart broken mother that there was a hearing regarding her 5 state stolen kids last week! The judge gave custody to cyfs because the lawyers were on holidays and the evil cyfs has another 6 months to damage the children!
This family court – cyfs – lawyer – psychologist cess pit is nothing more than a lucrative gravy train of deceit, planned by gender bias government orchestrating a mandate hell bent on destroying as many families as possible, at the same time these scum get extremely well paid for all their insidious destructive behaviour!
Police protecting cyfs employee’s -poor things - no doubt more ACC claims for hurt feelings - bloody pathetic maggots - get hard - look at the injustice - as they started this !!!
I was a fly on the wall when Lianne Dalziel in 2002 instructed the judicial system here in Christchurch – what a moronic radical feminazi bitch! This is one sick country and its about bloody time these scum were named and shamed.

The same philosophy is throughout our education system, corrections, health system etc. You might of noticed they are all failing our children like cpys is. The reason none of it worked in the first place.

If it is blocked then here is proof that free speech in NZ is a hollow dream. “Free” just so long as it agrees with what the censors agree with. In my opinion, nobody, even CYFs workers, should be immune from prosecution, if they act corruptly, lie, abuse children, use the absolute power of their position to further personal prejudices. CYFs workers have absolute power, thus we have absolute powerlessness. The welfare of our families comes down to sheer luck. Considering their power, they are really touchy! If they always acted properly, what is there to fear?

I hear that google and the Ministry of Development are at present working on a resolution on the fate of the website .
If it is closed down then the Socialist Government cannot defend the indefensible .Many parents have irrefutable evidence the FC and Cyfs experts were WRONG . If they do this simply underlines the need for a full public inquiry.
However do you think a Government that is built on a orchestrated litany of corruption would know the meaning of words like responsibilty and accountability.

According to NZ Herald reports, the Ministry of Social Development CEO Peter Hughes has told taxpayer-funded lawyers to “do whatever is necessary to get rid of this website” and claims “we will be working 24/7 until that is done”.
Precedent suggests that Google are unlikely to cave in to our little banana republic minority government.
The battle in fact will attract a world wide audience interested in freedom of the Internet.
The NZ Government could easily end up looking like a petulant bullying tin-pot regime.
Other more powerful governments might learn that they cannot stifle criticism either.
A precedent will have been created-
The sunlight of scrutiny will prove to be the best disinfectant.

It doesn’t matter what the Government thinks or what they do. We have connected. This is not because of me but because of all the hard work men have done in the past 2 decades. Straight up, as one person, I have so much respect for the men involved in this and I beleive you will make a difference for our children.
It is only going to increase and increase and increase.
The good news is that the men’s movement tried all the nice guy stuff and came to the realization that fighting is the only way.
You watch the fight or you become part of the fight. It is that simple.
If the NZHerald and other groups under feminism ideology chooses to not fight , they will be shown up as little pieces of dust. Their careers will be worth absolutely nothing if they don’t start speaking up.
People in NZ generally don’t like people that think they are untouchable. Just look at our last mayor of Auckland. He stated, “No one can win election against me because I have the most money”. I remember being in the car with a friend hearing this on the radio. I said, “You watch, the people will bring him down for this.” Do you know many people outside the Auckalnd City district tried to vote on the last election. West is outside that area but the phones were buzzing with people’s anger. “How dare someone think they are untouchable”

To any people outside NZ, that mayor was brought down. He was beside himslef as he couldn’t understand. He had all the business community and the rich guys, you know the ones who are supposed to have the power.
The same went for the Rugby stadium. The Governement decided for the people. Cool but … the speaker chose to use the words, “It is going to happen and that’s it.” Silly man. The ‘people’ don’t like being told what they can and can’t do.
Funny, but this brought many men out of hiding. The fight was great and to no suprise the Governement lost.
Lesson: Be careful when you challenge the ordinary people. No-one is too good for us.

How Green is MP Sue Bradford she is going on about stopping smacking to prevent child abuse but what about CYF.
CYF I suspect do far more emotional damage then that of parents smacking their children ever could.
Sue I am not disagreeing with the anti smacking bill what I am saying is that CYF is a bigger problem and more important issue overall.
Come on Sue help us make CYF more accountable that’s all we ask.
We are not asking you to take sides but give us a voice and chance to get the children we love and adore back. If you think the government cares more about our children then we do and can do a better job then us you are dreaming.
Children have been hit by foster parents, killed raped in CYF care or because of their mistakes. Any child abuse is not good enough one case is one to many let alone if it is under a government department who keep getting away with mistakes. Please Sue and other MP’s who claim to care we need your help.
Social Workers have a code of ethics and registration panels, but what’s the point of all this, if at the end of the day the issues are with the department and no one will act. There is no point shooting the messenger with all these codes and rules if they are toothless and useless.
The Government wants to hold individual Social Workers accountable which is great but all that will do is hang them out to dry while the department keeps on going. Given CYF tent to lie and push the blame onto front line staff to cover-up for higher management mistakes I fail to see how anything will change.
Come on MR Hughes CEO and Ruth Dyson do something other then blast this webpage. Deal with the incidences and you would find people would not have to wrote in.
I don’t blame people for not putting their names on this webpage as you would make life harder on them and their families. MR Hughes you are the gutless one by not dealing with the problems which allowed things to get to this extreme.
How would you feel if your family life, safety and security was turned up side down and all put under threat. Once you put yourself in our shoes you might understand why people are so angry and you should of seen this coming after so long. Don’t shoot the messenger (this webpage) but deal with the issues like a man.
One more comment MR Hughes what’s more gutless giving people a free phone number to anomalously report t child abuse to f**k people over they have a grudge against, or setting up and anomalous blog to speak the truth.
In the same way parents of malicious complaints can not defend themselves to CYF I hope you and the staff now no it feels to be totally F**ked over with out any way of defending yourselves.
Both the CEO and Government should be ashamed that things ever got to this point we now face.

I have complained about this twisted screwballs criminal comments, however the powers of be, allow malicious slander to run rampant without giving me the chance to counteract his claims . My daughter (23) is in the middle of a stoush with CYFS and I am waiting on a family court date. It seems that certain members of her mothers family and their friends have issues with her being a single mother. I will give the full story when I have the information.
Suffice it to say, I fully support public accountability and the negating of secrecy for it’s own sake.

All I know that is 19 years ago Dept of Social Welfare and Police stepped in and stopped a ‘toddler’ relative of mine from being murdered. Now a caregiver himelf, thanks to schools and believe it or not early help from social workers. Kids are dying in NZ someone is doing it. If it is good enough to print Social Workers names, these lily white families should print theirs.

Is this reason to accuse good families of being child murderers?
A child is 75 times more at risk if removed from the protection of it’s natural father.
CYPS are very good at excluding fathers from children’s lives- (i.e. promoting child abuse)
CYPS are able to work in secret, and quick to take their revenge on anyone who speaks up or opposes them.
A good parent would be very unwise to criticize CYPS publicaly
