Of 8 samples, 5 were cancerous. Within 1 week I had an appointment for a lower pelvic MRI at Wanganui, and a thing with Radio active tracer in Palmerston North. The appointment carries a warning to notify them them if I am pregnant or breast feeding. For Prostrate Cancer - Yeah Right :-) The Cancer society is positively brilliant with their support Also. Oh well, they're only men so who cares? Only a problem if they're supposed to be paying spousal support. This has just laid me right out for 2 days. A "Side effect" is serious stomach pain. My GP told me to stop taking it instantly. It also carries a warning about bright sunlight! (Biopsy done yesterday) My GP routinely checks PSA. When it for no reason started climbing I was refered inmmediately for a biopsy. Awaiting results!
