Filed under: General — Paul Catton @ 12:29 am

Dear Readers, Members,

Project Reunion and The East Auckland Refuge for Families is asking for your help.

We have undertook to assist a person in need for advocacy that requires an expert to maintain an unbiased approach within the forum of the Family Court.

Our undertaking does have a cost for which we do have to provide, however we would like to recoup this to maintain any service we can provide.

We are looking for a coordinator that can mange and instigate a garage sale, and we are seeking all to de-clutter and contribute, for the coordinator to be completely active.

Can you participate?

“Have you the space, time , and will host” or “Don’t use and will donate”?

I personally, in addition to financial donation for the venture have a few treasures I am willing to part with for this cause, as it ranks high within the difficulties that all could face through seperation.

Please register any interest with either Jim Bagnall 021 170 7375, Murray Bacon 638 7275 or Paul Catton 940 6236

Kindest Regards as Always

  1. This is a great idea. I have already asked one person for their things and I will look around my home.

My phone broke so I can’t ring you. Did you find someone to co-ordinate? Do you a date and place?

Is this a small garage sale or are you using a school or council facility?

  2. I am extremely grateful for the help received from Project Re-union and from the Men’s centre, and I am keen to contribute in any way possible to ensure the support is there for the many more dads and kids who are in need.
Project Re-Union has been an unexpected and magnificent lifeline and must be kept going.

I would be glad to co-ordinate the garage sale. It could be at my place, but the garage is down a steep drive and it might be better to have a more accessible venue on a main road. If anyone has a good location for a sale, please let me know. If you have any items to donate I will arrange collection (as long as you’re not too far from town) and will dispose of unsold items afterwards. How about we aim for Saturday Feb 23rd?
