I know of men who have been sent to prison, no home detention, for waving at their children in passing contrary to the Court order. Here we have a woman who has blatantly breached Court orders in a sustained and child-abusive way, and she gets a short home detention.

Having said that, home detention is no easy ride for most. I know someone who started a home detention sentence and now has chosen to see out his sentence in jail because that’s easier for him.

This AND the Dunedin woman who killed her toddler, WHAT GROSS INJUSTICE, if a man said that he was having mental problems as a reason, he would get a LONGER JAIL sentence,

If a father did this the gender bias judiciary would
make sure he served at least five years hard core jail.
I am am disgusted with the judiciary in New Zealand.
They make me vomit!
