I recommend you all read Greg Hallets’s book.The Family Court and other experiments.
It is fairly mild compared to the experiences my children and I have had to suffer from these scum but it has many good statistics.Greg put a lot of work into it.It is about 4 years old now but still relevant.The guy Boshier is actually just the same as all the rest.They are an industry searching to keep their workload so they can get paid.He appears a little bit better to some because he is something of a politician.I have received treatment and bias from 2 particularly bad judges named von Dadelson(in Hawkes Bay) and Clarkson(in Auckland)that would make your toes curl.The woman Clarkson was off the scale.Complete unadulterated one plus one equals 3 decisions.The family caught is a joke and I urge all parents to boycott it.Have unconditional love for each other and resolve your differences by mediation.

Hi Paul, thats true i have never heard of FAM, i dont believe you will get too long in prison if at all, depends on how bad your criminal record is, i dont know whats worse, fine, prison or community work, stay away from Henderson community work, they are assholes especially Karl

looks like you have been charged with ‘Ministry of Agriculture and Fishiries’ They will probably quarantine you first from your children subject to a temporary court order, if they have found any diseases or banned substances on you, then you may have to be destroyed, all the best mate, you have our support.

That has been my conclusion too, the lawyers just want to take you through a losing process and get paid handsomely for it. If any fathers have just started this process, don’t waste your money on these snakes.

The Family Court does not support Womens Refuge: It is a mere subcontractor to Womens Refuge. The funding of WR is thus unknown as it uses the resources of the Family Court. Judges not in line with Womens Refuge have rumours spread around them as bad judjes. Social agencies not in line will have their services not required.

For all men (and women?) under protection orders do not use a lawyer. You will loose 100 % and the lawyers know this. Represent yourself. At least you will save some money.

I would like to ask the ex-wife what SHE would think if I

1. Made false accusations of HER physical violence (which SHE did frequently anyway)
2. Stopped HER seeing the children for 3 months
3. Took away HER house, car, furniture, if SHE had paid for it all
4. Was obstructive to HER few hours a week “contact” with my kids

YES SHE WOULD BE MURDEROUS !!!!!!!!!!! But the NZ cops wouldn’t do anything , of course, and the law would still be on her side, i bet the lawyer for child would not be on MY side , he would look for Parental Alienation then !
