Domestic Violence month has given something for males to celebrate

Filed under: Boys / Youth / Education,Domestic Violence,General,Law & Courts — Julie @ 10:59 am Sat 10th October 2009

October is Domestic Violence month and one court case alone in West Virginia, USA, has given a shimmer of hope for men in this terrible time of gender discrimination against them. A group of men and women against discrimination (MAWAD) have taken the state’s family service board to court over discrimination laws. Not only are services being biased to men and boys when it comes to domestic violence but feminists are not allowing men or women to work in these services if they don’t believe in radical feminist ideology. They are being bullied by feminists who are retraining them in falsehoods and forced to practice things they know are not true. In this day and age of information there is no reason why feminist teaching should have any say what so ever in family affairs. We don’t follow ideologies any more and consider beliefs a personal thing. They don’t belong in the public arena.

The honorable Judge Stucky handed the Family Services Board of WV a resounding defeat, often citing gender bias and lack of science to their approach, quoting “a substantial chilling effect of suppressing their members expression of speech, thoughts and ideas relative to domestic violence by depriving them even of the opportunity to obtain certified services”. This often included preconceived untruths promulgated by the falsehoods of the domestic violence “experts” within these services. It also found that services “excluded Men and adolescent males from their statutory right to safety and security free from domestic violence for no other reason than their gender”.

Here is another group who are changing the environment to a ‘man-friendly’ one, when it comes to DV.
Respect has run the Men’s Advice Line since the end of 2006. It is available in England and Wales but they don’t reject callers from Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The manager of the helpline (Ippo Panteloudakis) regularly gives presentations, speaks at conferences and give interviews on male victims of domestic violence and the work they do on the helpline.

They also recently published a booklet for male victims, which, to the best of their knowledge, is the only one of its kind in the UK. You can download it through this webpage: http://www.mensadviceline.org.uk/pages/subpage1.html .

This website was re-designed recently to make it more user friendly for male victims. They also extended the opening hours of the Men’s Advice Line from 16 to 30 hours a week, have a dedicated email service attached to the helpline and people call them on a freephone number.

They speak to a lot of professionals too, who need advice and training and for that purpose they developed a toolkit for work with male victims. This will be uploaded on their website soon, meanwhile you can see the contents page here: http://www.mensadviceline.org.uk/pag…ning-tool.html .

The Men’s Advice Line was also accredited with the Quality Standard by The Helplines Association last year.

Sadly this group has the wonderfully sick Harriet Harman in power who wants nothing more than to follow flawed ideology.

Pupils as young as five will be taught about the evils of ‘wife beating’ and the need to form healthy relationships. The lessons are part of a controversial drive, unveiled today, to reduce violence against women and young girls. They will include teaching boys that they must not beat their partners or any other female.
………..
Last night, critics warned that ministers are cramming the already over-stuffed National Curriculum with lessons that should be taught in the home or in the community. Others say the plan is part of the feminist agenda led by Harriet Harman in her role as Equalities Minister.
They pointed out the new classes will not cover violence against men, who are far more likely to be the victims of violent crime.
……………
This is despite evidence showing that boys and young men are more than twice as likely to fall victim to violence, and that young women are becoming increasingly aggressive.

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/

Just to note. New Zealand is doing this same teaching to school children. They taught this in first year teacher’s college and men felt like jumping off bridges after learning how horrible they were. This IMHO is one of the cruellest thing you could do to a child.

  1. 7 VICTIMS OF OUR FEMINIST DICTATORSHIP

    1
Millions of ruined men, jailed by own wives or girlfriends, all deprived of children, houses, lifesavings, turned into monthly bonded laborers, even driven to suicide.
    2
Millions of their babies, killed before or after birth, because mothers have calculated that exploitation of their fathers or taxpayers would not bring enough money.
    3
Millions of bastardized children; even the most worthless woman can take children from the best father, neglect, abuse and even kill them, without punishment.
    4
Millions of grandparents deprived of their grandkids – Angry mother can, at whim, completely legally, deprive her child of 1/2 family as revenge against the father.
    5
Millions of taxpayers, incl. bachelors and gays, paying 1/2 of their taxes for single moms’ ghettoes, anti-men projects and deviancy of fatherless armies on our streets.
    6
Millions of war victims of feminist imperialism against Moslem countries and other traditional societies, under the pretext of terrorism, drugs or prodemocracy war.
    7
Millions of aging, single women lost best things in life that money they plundered can’t buy and their judges can’t order; Ultimate goal of feminist heterophobia?

No machist dictatorship imaginable can inflict even 1% of feminist violence and social destruction. Our female ruling class & their collaborators are biggest criminals in history.

    Fight for gender equality!
Fight, to bring feminist barbarians and their hired guns to justice, to pay for their crimes & for the blood they spilled!

  3. Whatever!

These are just a few things to keep the mouths shut of all innocent men who have suffered by those legal terrorist women. Nothing is gonna change.

Men have to bear this public harassment and discrimination for ever. Women can get away with literally anything without being punished. It’s so easy for them. Even if a wife cheats a loyal husband and gets caught red handed, she still can screw her husband if she wishes to and can take revenge on her husband for catching her red handed while cheating him by taking help of the screwed up law.

(Domestic Violence just means a provision by law for women to screw her partner’s life if she wants to)

There are lot more good things in this world to do than getting into a relationship and screwing up your own lives guys. Don’t keep your happiness in anyone else’s hands. Good luck to all those innocent men who are looking for justice against their legal terrorist wives!

  4. There is no need to denigrate those who don’t follow theistic religions. I am an athiest and a member of the NZ Association of Rationalists and Humanists, but I respect others’ right to make what sense of the universe that seems wise or helpful to them. Many humanists are intelligent enough to see the damage caused through feminist excesses and false propaganda. Feminism arose from frustrations similar to those that men now experience, and has achieved many positive changes such as the emancipation of women from unnecessary restrictions on their participation in business, social and political activities. Religious administrations in history can hardly claim to have ruled more fairly or successfully (in terms of population welfare) than have secular democracies.

So, why is feminist ideology now leading to so much injustice in western societies and predictably towards social self-destruction? Perhaps it’s driven by fear in feminists that women will lose their relatively new freedoms unless they defend many of the myths (as opposed to the truths) that led to social change.

Sadly, the current strategy of many feminists, to perpetrate lies and propaganda in order to extend repression and exploitation of men, is the most likely course to result in a loss of women’s freedoms. Western governments are becoming increasingly repressive and punitive as they struggle to deal with angry new generations largely deprived of male discipline and family authority, under the false notion that the state can take over such functions from families. Violent revolution will be the inevitable outcome, with the likelihood of fundamentalist religious government that swings society back to opposite positions of foolishness.

If only feminists could become more honourable and honest, and social policies based on facts as far as we can ascertain them from quality research (rather than advocacy “research” designed only to support pre-existing beliefs). Then balanced policy is much more likely, fair to both genders and capable of reducing social ills. Forums such as MENZ will be crucial in bringing about such outcomes.

  6. Any denigration was directed at those who conspire to force my children to believe what you also do.
No offense was meant by this protective Father.

Some people believe in the theory of evolution and I have no problem with that. I object to theories being taught as fact to my children by the State though.

As a feminist might not notice the plight of MEN also a humanist might not notice the plight of believers.

  7. “(Domestic Violence just means a provision by law for women to screw her partner’s life if she wants to)”…

You make it sound like all women pretend to be physically abused by their partners just to get out of being held accountable…

Honestly, what percentage of women do you think do this??? Not a lot I am sure!!

  8. Humanism is not limited to atheism as is conditioned for the Raine Eisler quote. As I have said before:

“Whatever laid the chicken wasn’t an egg”.

    It was a cock.

The Eisler quote makes no sense in my view: made in the eighty’s when many drank with great thirst and comfort from a chalice of self importance.

  9. false claims of domestic violence are rife during divorce, in countries that have assumed shared custody of children, false claims are virtually ZERO. These disgusting laws ENCOURAGE women to terroise legally good dads. YOU CANNOT START TO BELIEVE HOW THIS EMOTIONALLY TERRORISES YOU, it is a gross gross infringemnt of a mans’ rights.
When you are the vistim of these draconian laws, you are assumed to be guilty before having an expensive chance to defend yourself (which is ALL a charade anyway).

  10. What percentage of women do you think do this??? Not a lot I am sure!!
I would like to know what you base that assumption on Sympathiser.
While couples can, and do, seperate amicably and then work together to put a plan in place that is mutually acceptable to themselves and has their childrens welfare at the fore. These couples are not the ones you will see in Family caught.
I think you will find that with couples involved with family caught the percentage will easily be defined as “a lot”
Take a straw poll of all the men you know of who have been involved with the family caught, ask how many found themselves on the recieving end of false domestic violence claims

I will be first on your list, My ex pretended to be physically abused to get her own way in caught. The fact that she was the violent one and I wasnt, was irrelevant and I was guilty until ………….. oh hang on, thats right, there is no found innocent.
Thats guilty in family caught as I have never been charged in a district court or the likes of any violence.
Its what brought me to a site like this

  11. I’m not sure how Benjamin’s link is related to the topic under discusssion or what point is being made by posting it. The article simply states that more female than male gays have been dismissed from US military forces.

What may be of interest to readers is the lack of sensible analysis of these figures. The article leaves readers to conclude that the gender imbalance in military dismissals may be some kind of sexism against women. But female gays will be more likely than female straights to want to join military services, whereas the same could not be said for male gays. So the proportion of gays among female military personnel will be much higher than that for men, and it follows that the proportion of female dismissals for homosexuality will be greater.

The issue of whether homosexual behaviour should rule out military service is another, more contentious matter.

    4. My own quote states that whatever created human life was generated from an act of impregnation which cannot have occurred by any condition other than fertilization from male to female. That states that the God to which we see as our beginning has its first equivalency as male. I used the word cock for clarity with the quote.

  17. The murder in West Auckland where a woman shot her husband was a friend/associate of mine shooting a friend/associate. This proceeding fell on the day I was in Wellington High Court on an appeal of a Radio New Zealand broadcast complaining about the BSA changing the wording of my complaint around, where I basically said not only men are the perpetrators of domestic violence – changed to and declined – not only women are the victims of domestic violence. I didn’t find out until after the case. The decision on the waiver of security on grounds or the general public interest is reserved.

mens what ever the joints called.. I have been convicted and sentenced without being able to defend myself as this order was filed in another city in which i could not afford to fly to so could not defend against the twisted facts
against me by my exe partner. I never hit my ex nore have i been accused of hitting her.. I am disgusted i can be convicted and labeled without even appearing before the court.. I have been hounded by bailiffs, and police showing up at my home. I have been bullied and threat-ed with jail if i dont attend this program..
My message to the Abusers re justice system is that yous may beable to force me
to attend such a program with your threats of taking away my freedom
but yous can not force me to take in the dribble the program providers intend on
trying to force on me… I will not live the way the justice system is trying to force me i will live my life how i see fit… to think yous can force your ideas
by way of threat is a joke… when will the justice system see that anyone forced to do any kind of program what so ever under threat of jail and or to get out of jail early is a total joke… dont you no that people will sit there at these waste of time programs tell the providers what they want to hear then go about
there lifes with no change what so ever once the courses are finished… the differnce between me and alot of other guys that end up forced to do this crap is
im being open and honest and pointing out they are a total waste of tax payers money and time… to think you can force change on someone is beyond a joke…

i mean like the hole focus has changed to lets see how many people we can convict and lock up… hay but im shore the justice system knows the more crims the better
it will keep wages low as no one will employ them in any decent paying job and get enough convictions on enough people it will stop them leaving the country so the system will always have its pool of cheap labour…. in the waiting

  29. OK,

that’s far more clear than before and your quick posts made it looked like you were under some kind of complex pressure. So chill out first as best you can realising that what you are in and have been in is early days. The pressure eases as you become more used to it – although it is early advice to realise that there will be some days that you get so wound up that you do not know what to do next. This is the thing that is quite sobering about a prison cell. You cannot do anything and just have to confront it as you can.

You are not in a cell and you have immediate family with direct responsibilities to dependants so you are in a better place than a lot of guys. It is a prison cell of freedom. This is to say that you cannot escape your existence no matter what you do because others need you as desperately as you could be depressed.

“I mean hell my daily life consists of cleaning the house do the gardens and running around after my kids being a solo dad…”

Ring Paul Catton: 09) 271 3020 from East Auckland

I will be up from January 28. I have a case to do in west Auckland and I will take yours on in a preparatory capacity. This means I will help you to refocus your situation according to your income as best as I am able in that period. In Christchurch you have Peter Burns.
