Not a Dan Carter add

I just happened to be at the Doctor’s today, and as you do picked up a magazine (I was actually reading it, not just looking at the pictures) – it was a Metro – and as they do, can turn just about anything into a story; in this case it was the Dan Carter underpants legend and the rise of Jockey. They fly the man all other the world to promote their product and he says “he’s loyal to the brand” and only has his sponsor’s product in his underpants’ drawer.

Then tonight I find Dan has some competition:

Not a Dan Carter Add

I do admit to be getting on a bit in years now, and I don’t know about you guys, but even if I was still a young fella, I’d like to think I’d have better things to do with my time than shaving my pubs to fit one of these things.

What do you think?

Would you do this to impress the women?

Is this the measure of a man these days?

  1. The power of statistics – the “average” NZer now has one testicle, so new products are required to serve this new market!

  2. I suppose there is the added advantage that you could tell whether someone is left-handed or right-handed by the way they wear their underpants.
