Media may be recognising the public mood

This editorial from the Herald on Sunday expresses criticism of Welsh police handling of an allegation against Mils Muliaina, in a rare departure from our media’s usual white knight feminist propaganda. It deserves some supportive comments we think.

  1. Unfortunately false allegations by females are far too common and even more unfortunate is the fact that too few females who make those false complaints are charged and convicted so females know they can make false complaints and get away with it. Judith Collins and Amy Adams and other feminist politicians have much to answer for.

  2. I suffered, as did the school I teach at, from exactly the same sort of witch hunt some three years ago. “Much ado about nothing”. The collateral damage from such sort of accusations is considerable. I suspect with good reason that the matter was driven by quite a lot of Lesbian attitudes. It is difficult to prove that such accusations are motivated by factors outside of justice. In the case mentioned the fame of the All Blacks was probably the reason for wanting a prosecution. In my case the reason was probably in part Lesbian stupidity, at the time the gay marriage bill was in the news and my school and church was and is not in favour of that bill. Indeed false accusations rarely return to affect the accuser and their supporters. See “assault with a wheelbarrow” for a humorous background to a false accusation.

  3. I have just been the victim of false allegations, withdrawn from the blue gang. Get the fuck out fathers, while you can.

    Children or not.

In their best interests – who cares about that?

The NZ Family Court say that they do but actions speak louder than words, on that basis they don’t.

The Police? Yeah right, support the mother.

CYPs in my case have been professional, helpful and I have had mature, common sense applied by them. Certain staff have gone outside of their process for the benefit of the children – I thank them.

The others are just full of shit, they have failed so many times but now I know.
    So many fathers just go.
    Why wouldn’t they?
    How can they stay.
Courts don’t care if the mother breaches a parenting order.
She can continue to apply for protections orders several times (three in my case)two defended successfully, the third, another $6,000 to defend it so I couldn’t be bothered.
When I started in the court I believed in common sense, a just positive outcome for the children, who believes that any more?
Leave, get a life fathers are not wanted, supported, or encouraged by these groups, it is clear for me now.

  4. Thanks Paul for sharing with us.
It’s important to vent the bullshit.
Please, for the sake of your children, don’t give up.
You can see that some people are trying there best to help.
    You have friends here.
I think things get to the point that you have to fight fire with fire.
Take a protection order out on her for psychological abuse.
Committed against you and the child.
Read entries on this site specific to your situation.
    For you.
    PAS.

  5. I don’t have the desire to be anywhere near the family court, it has become clear that some judges don’t read the material submitted, preferring to be briefed by the likes of counsel for the child.

I say it is likely that there are two layers information put before some judges, formal and informal.

If counsel for the child is capable of ensuring outcomes by using his trusted position to have correspondence crafted by the children’s GP then sent to him on her letter head so that he can submit it to court, knowing the likely course that a judge is compelled to take then this may well be perverting the course of justice.

If asked in open court before her Honour Judge O’dwyer why he would do that? An answer such as; what else was I going to do he just kept coming back with another application is not satisfactory.

To then go on to engineer other adverse outcomes for the children and the father could be what can be expected form this person for the children and his business partner – for the mother.

Counsel for the child likely an ex cop
The mother’s father an ex cop, we might wonder where these people were when the mother was busy getting messed up on hard drugs(for several years)and all of the other things that go with that lifestyle.

And this guy – appears to carry on in his role, with his close relationships with the police and potentially sanctioned by more than one family court Judge.

I appreciate the positive comments but being pointed to more family court process is not worth it.

No one should ever have to put up with this.

Parental Alienation Syndrome has been achieved as has father alienation Syndrome.

    Leave while you can

  6. How interesting, they both got fired.
They were polar opposites, just as biased.
If you watched both, the same event had different stories.
If you watched one, you could become convinced.
A version of the truth, becomes true to the audience.

Was it even free journalism, was it just all scripted.
    The Democrats, with nonsense stories.
The Republicans, also with nonsense stories.
The journalism not news, but propaganda.
Character assassination, and doom and gloom.
    Making fun, of the opposition.

They were toxic, as toxic as the politics in the US gets.
So let’s see what happens, what change we get.
Some stories were just dishonest, I cringed watching.
Your lying to me, yet you say it truthfully.
