Referral for Auckland Legal Aid Lawyer experienced in de facto /sham-constructive trust court proceedings

Can anyone recommend an Auckland or maybe Hamilton based legal aid lawyer competent in de facto relationship and sham/constructive family trust proceedings. Thanks

  1. If this is about relationship property and not related to Care of Children issues or trusts I don’t think legal aid covers it. Here in Wellington area I know a guy who approached 54 different lawyers seeking legal aid support and couldn’t find a law firm to take him. Even if you have money the normal wait time in Porirua is 3 weeks for first interview with a lawyer.
