  1. Copied from elsewhere: ‘You never really know the woman you marry until you meet her in the Family Law Court.’

We heard about the disgracefull behaviour of lawyers on top of the boardroom tables, up and down the country. That should give an indication of some of the people you are paying to help you. The legal process is really an old Talmudic scam. You would be wise to avoid it

  2. September Sunday

    Are you hiding today
    Hiding from the shame
    Or trying not to remember
It’s the second Sunday of September
    You’d rather I didn’t mention it
    But if you don’t mind
I need to say, your situations
    Are not all the same
Except to say, she hates today
    It’s her annual reminder
She hasn’t quite killed your name
    But damn, damn you
It’s going to be your day of shame

    September Sunday coming round
    September Sunday once a year
    September Sunday coming round
    Someday Sunday, September Sunday,

Are you making it just another day
    Ignoring anything others say
    Denying his presence
    Or that he even exists
    You’ve been taught to hate
Are you pretending not to care
    Are you hiding your pain
    Or feeling numb
And happy not to mention his name
    Are you hiding your hurt
    Or enjoying the game
And rubbing his nose in the dirt
Hoping he’ll hurt and hurt and hurt

    September Sunday coming round
    September Sunday once a year
    September Sunday coming round
    Someday Sunday, September Sunday,

    It’s just another day
    Without cards or a call
    Just another day
    If you remember at all
    Their names are seldom said
In your ears or on your lips
    And the feelings, the feelings
    Are part of the past
    But the memories
    You can only dull
    They linger and last
    She killed your name
But she can’t kill her past

    September Sunday coming round
    September Sunday once a year
    September Sunday coming round
    Someday Sunday, September Sunday,

    Will you shed a tear
    Hell, do you even care
    If someone else doesn’t remember
It’s the second Sunday of September
Why bother about what you can’t change
if she turns love to hate
    Can you forgive that game
    Maybe. Forget and walk away
    Find another woman
Live another life, love another child
If they love you being there
Or wither alone in the hope
That secretly they hold you dear

    September Sunday coming round
    September Sunday once a year
    September Sunday coming round
    Someday Sunday, September Sunday
    September Sunday
    September Sunday

  3. Just had a talk with a woman about her male friend.
In previous conversation we have talked about a female friend who stitched up a male for the DPB and he left NZ as a result. She was angry at him.

Today it was about a male friend with 2 kids who has just left a relationship. She was astonished at how evil his former partner was behaving. They are now engaged in legal battles. I explained what was going to happen. How he is about to have all his dreams of equality destroyed. I gave advice as to how to help him.

In the end she smiled at me. “So women have won then”.

People genuinely have no idea of the world around them. These Crimes Against Humanity offences have no winners. Oops forgot the Lawyers back pockets.

  4. Having gone through a process where I was served without notice Protection, Parenting, Furniture and Tenancy orders, I have been alienated from my children Since July 2020. Hearing is set done for July 2021. While I understand there is a genuine fear in the family court system for no woman/child to be murdered on their watch, the abuse of the system is being ignored. A Protection order at the end of the day is only a piece of paper and I imagine it would not stop men who truly are violent in any way.

No one wins. But a lot of children are losing their fathers.

  5. Just to add – I’m currently speaking to a prominent TV3 journalist (You all know him) about my case and the prospect of following it until the hearing conclusion (with anonymity where needed). The damage of Parental Alienation and abuse of the system on the parent affected needs to be heard.

  6. #5,,, MeToo,,, keep in that journalists face,,, in this space in time might just the right time for someone to expose the lack of care given,, the family does hold and always should hold the key to a good and healthy society, we are all born to family, and we always want to belong to that family, through thick and thin,, outside of this must be handled with lots of care.

  8. @metoo.
Happy to provide details of battles I’ve had with the family court that ended up in the high court because the idiot judge didn’t understand the concept of guardianship was not one that he had the right to remove.
However, ex wife has managed to successfully alienate my youngest and I haven’t seen her since 1st half of 2019.
St least my son is wise to the alienation and ignores it.but as a parent, 1 out of 2 is not enough…

  12. My physcologist doctors notes stated a lawyer was bullying me, providing no receipts. Using me as a scape goat. This lawyer is still on taxi rank, ready to serve you.

IF YOU ARE A sociopath, a NPD and want to mistreat clients,… welcome to your safest industry to pull that stuff off and be paid while doing it.

I was abused by Lawyer/s, left court broke finanically impoverished, worked over.

STAY AWAY FROM FAMILY LAWYERS …if you can.

  13. It is seriously harming families.

Parenting orders unless created by the parents statically fall over sooner.
    Google it.

  14. Request Judge S……..k on file.
    She understands parent alienatiom
    is not acceptable behavior.

Guys google latest pyhcologist reports on appropriate contact for various aged children
Aim for age related evidence. Too young 50/50 affects attachment. About 4 years on kids more resilient at that.
Maybe stop thinking fortnightly or weekly.
Work on a 3 weekly rotation.
    I like Father’s getting 2 weekends say:
Thursday school end to Monday x two weeks in a row. Gets you 8 nights out of 21 nights.
Leaves Dad’s doing more fun stuff over weekends.
Leaves Mother’s drowning in the week days so harder for Mother’s working around it. As a dads earn more likely more fun for kids over 2 weekends.
    Even older kids live it.
