‘Nomad students’ pose headache for schools

“Principals said families that moved a lot were often being “chased” by Child, Youth and Family, Inland Revenue or someone they owed money to. New research into school transience reveals some students attend as many as 15 schools by the time they are 15.”
Well, here’s a statistic that (surprisingly) didn’t make headline news.
I guess if it did there would have to be some investigation as to why this is happening. And it would turn out that CYF are the cause, and the monsters causing this trouble.
Causing more inconsistency in our childrens lives more like it, and consequently inconsistent behaviour patterns and emotional control in the poor kids who ultimately become the victims.
