That’s not new but I wouldn’t think a bank in the UK would have allowed that sort of behaviour.

“Bullies in the work place have alway been see as male” – maybe you have always considered bullies to be males, but most of us have balanced viewpoints. Bullying is a power issue rather than a gender issue.
