Interesting to see how it is reported. Obviously the self defence claim was not upheld, as she was found guilty of manslaughter – but it doesn’t really come across like that…
Why does the link not work?

Just wait for a “sentence” of a few hundred hours of community service or something equally limp-wristed.
I found another link to the story through the NZ Herald site, you’re right UF, it makes it sound like this guy deserved to be stabbed and she was right for committing the crime.
I fail to see how the killing of a man cannot be murder, but instead described as man-slaughter,(it didn’t happen accidentally) she killed him, she is a murderer.
Let’s not pussy-foot around this by using un-equal terms.

Maybe if I get sick of my partner I should stab her and then say that she was repeatedly violent towards me??? No proof seems to be necessary.

Viv – (sorry to override your comment) what news of the 6 cases before the Families Commission. I have heard nothing and my case is one of them. I think each of us has a right to get a comment back from the Commissioner as to what they made of our cases because each of us is detailing an absolute corruption of practice from within the judiciary. The presentation of these cases is really important.

The cases before the toothless families commission are sitting in a feminazi’s rubbish bin , probably Helen Clark the evil man hater has told them to move along -nothing to see or do about these cases !!?? Everybody does what Queen Clark says . Now wonder New Zealand made wimps couldn’t win the world cup . This country is a mess and Helen Clark should be in prison !!
