Women and immigration – men stop marrying these users
This is Deepak’s comment.
I am facing false allegation from women whom I sponsored to come to NZ. I found out she is already married to someone back in INDIA and my marriage was a sham, so I got my married annulled because of her previous marriage now I want some help to find how to sue her for defamation and perjury lying. I want to do all this myself, because I found the lawyers too feminist.
Please help
This is bad enough but the stories are everywhere.
This is a guys story who is sitting with me in need of help. One of our clients who married an over stayer (silly thing to do but it happens.) On his birthday September 3rd he was arrested the very second he stepped foot on his property for rape. Yep, that’s right, RAPE. He is looking at a possible 4 years imprisonment for helping this women out. She has her residency, work permits, the whole lot now but that wasn’t good enough. She wanted more and crying rape falsely gets you anything in NZ.
When it came for her to leave his rented property her family who are also doing the same trick told her in simple terms. “Just cry rape and throw him out.”
Now he is on the streets living in his car or staying with friends and family when he can. He has no belongings except for a mobile phone. He has been a housing NZ client for 5 years under medical conditions and they have told him he has until the end of the month to sort this out or the tenancy agreement is terminated. Won’t happen because it can’t happen. His next court date is one day before the termination date.
This could be happening to any one of you who are silly enough to fall for Fijian Indian women. There are more of them coming. NZ men are a target for these women.
This client is the second case that has come to our attention with the last one being charged with threatening to kill and assault. He spent 4 months in prison before he could prove his innocence. Lucky for him he was not even in the home when he performed the alleged assault.
But we don’t know what will happen to this client because he is also up on DV charges as well as rape and with the women’s groups pushing for men to be convicted it is even easier than before to put these men in prison.
DO NOT TRUST WOMEN THAT ARE WANTING RESIDENCY!!!! They don’t care one bit about you. They have all this planned before they get here.
Please: Spread the word. The word is out there but not enough. A couple of men are known to have paid off these women to get them off their back with false charges but if you don’t have the money – you are screwed. Yet, you shouldn’t have to be doing this.
PS. We need to start a database of the families involved in this. This families surname is Wati. All the cousins and sisters are doing it. Stay away from them.
fiji women?? lets start a name and shame website for them s well… can give you lots to fill…

Middlemore hospital is filled with these women who work as nurses there now..
Even Waikato hospital is rife with them. Surnames Pillay, Chandra, Nair

Sounds like a good idea Starr.
Interesting about the nurses in the hospitals. Another bit of gossip which has names is that the women in the hospital are allowing their sisters and cousins to give false blood tests for immigration.
They are using each others blood to past tests.
I suppose soon heaps of them will show false pregnancies for CS and false DPB benefits and for housing corp homes.

Yeh except what I have said is not gossip. These nurses came into the country through marriage. Got educated in NZ and the day they graduated, they made false accusations, got the hubby thrown out and hit them for CS. Which means they earn a high salary and also live off the hubbys earnings thru CS while cutting him out off the childs life with limited to no access.

Man is on the edge of a revolution that will make previous one’s seem timid. Once one country kicks off the rest of the world will follow.

What’s the penality for bigamy in India?.
I say lets have a raid (like that one last week) and send a few of these people back to where they came from, for marrying under false pretences and immigration fraud.

Julie,
there are too many cross-overs in this to draw any clear conclusions, that can be sorted before the court. Where I’m not directly assisting this guy – I don’t know what state is files are in and it seems to me from reading that the conjecture is overly difficult to separate from one alegation for one party to the next.
So in short he’s stuffed. Without evidence to apply to a legal allegation that he is being shafted, he will be shafted. As the state has not established social forums to sepatate the conjecture before the court is used, to rely on the word “feminised” as an effective assault weapon is weak and defenseless.
What you are descibing is how deeply damaged we have become where a subjectively orientated group “feminists” can demand that their rights are upheld, where those rights are not effectively defined. The power of freedom is the component doing everyone here so much damage. Freedom as it is defined and applied is exploited by those who shout the most and with that exploitation comes corruption.
ON this group already and across NZ, radio, media and in community groups there are pockets and pockets of righteous people making demands of everyone else who really have absolutely no idea what is going on: yet they make a lot of noise, and in freedom, with rights, whether or not those rights have been determined equitably, or whether the noise makes any sense, must be heard. If enough people vote for the noise then that party makes its way to the top and gets to control the purse strings.
If he doesn’t have a place to park his car he won’t have a car for that much longer. So he needs to change. Staying away from a particular group of people isn’t going to do anything. Seeking a champion in the court isn’t going to help him unless he is able to provide for himself, and if he cannot house himself then jail becomes his option. There are no refuges that function to shelter him against these allegations. Those that exist can only be used if you are a woman and if he had anything to hide, as you are suggesting he does with having acted out his violence, by admitting his violence then even the woman’s refuge wouldn’t feel sorry for him if he wore a dress.
So it seems that he is stuck. It seems likely that you have allowed him to use your email to build this message and that means he is not independently able to follow any instructions on line. Or does it? It doesn’t. He will be in Waitakere.
In Henderson there is a very cheap Internet site at $3 an hour. If he is not in Henderson get him to find a site that he can use and I will help him on line by showing him which legislation to look at, and how to better approach his problem. He has to change the way he is thinking. He has to be dependent and he has to take the challenge to the administration. He, if he is harbouring untruths and acting off others sympathy isn’t in any condition to survive so he does have to change.
So do those who figure that if they shout the loudest then their views will be the ones that are accepted by society because they are right. There will be a revolution. But it is extremely unlikely in such a revolution that it would be their values that are fully protected.

Sorry – should have added, he can email me on [email protected]. I’ll need the first part of his story on one page alone. That will help him to keep it short and get his priorities in order. What he feels for the moment is secondary. I want to know the frequency of the DV and the seriousness of its nature.
As you are fully aware this is everywere. In an earlier post I made a suggestion that I haven’t had a chance to repeat but will here. If this is going to stop it is because women will stop other women from behaving badly. That’s you. You show empathy to compete against the real problem. The first problem for us all is to get women from sheltering other women from their lies. Women should have to fess up to their lies if they are going to get help. To shelter a woman simply on the allegation that “it’s the blokes fault” hurts everyone – badly.
Get him to email me and I will do my best to help him with any advice I can give on line.
Good luck,
Benjamin.

Please don’t forget that this is not restricted to the Fijian Indians. There are also many Russians out there doing exactly the same thing. My neighbour has been the victim of this. As soon as her residency came through she was gone to her boyfriend in Wellington.

Ben
You are being very unfair on Russians with your ignorant stereotype.
I am happily married to a Russian, as are a number of other men I know.
The myth of them coming over here for a better life is precisely that – myth. Most Russian immigrants take a drop in living standrads coming here.
While there are a few Russian women who do rip guys off through scams, the majority of them are decent women who have not had their brains fucked by feminism.

As I think you read back Anonymous, I haven’t yet made any comment on the immigration issue itself. Nor yet do I intend so to do. There is little point. I am interested in what Deepak would tell me if Deepak responds to my inquiry because it will give me an opportunity to read the law on immigration. Haven’t opened it yet.
The reason I won’t be drawn to comment is because it is directly confused in a presumption of multiculturalism. Objectively we have no licence to accord these pieces of legislation so the condition is presently a complete nonsense. There is no legal justification for the position of sovereignty to further compound the problems.
If I am protecting Deepak, that wuold be a different matter and I would happily enter into the nonsense. What would happen though if history is 100% predictable is that I would read through the legislation and I would find a fault in the application of teh legislation as against its object, purpose or principle. And then the wheels would fall off and we would get back to teh Treaty of Waitangi, which leads us to the Declaration of Independence, which highlights the biggest difficulty everyone was always faced with which gave licence for the problems that we have now, is that Maori themselves have territorial and historical issues to clean up before the republicanism of the constitution for the Declaration can or could be given any licence to remedy. Big problem but hardly big enough that it cannot be sorted out!

Ben, my response was to Pomcat, not you. My mistake. Sorry.

Anonymous, you are obviously one of the lucky ones. I am sure that not all Fijians are the same either but you didn’t jump on that one did you?! My “ignorance” has come from someone elses experience and pain at having thought he had found the love of his life. I am happy for you that you have not had to go through the trauma and humiliation that he did.

Save Indian Family is an organisation that is fighting against these kinds of women, their families and such laws that are misused for vested financial, property and residential Interests. We have returned back to India and are fighting. We request support from all international organisations in means of getting these aired on all leading Channels including BBC, CNN. These laws have been created and are being encouraged to be misused by the curropt politicians of India. http://www.saveindianfamily.org; http://www.498a.org

Buzz and Rajesh,
it is good to read on this site other groups struggles, recognising that international energies against gender based problems should be broadcast, confidently, here.
I believe the purpose behind this is to draw together the energies of other groups, and from here in New Zealand particularly to bring the problem out from under the surface and have it tabled in such a manner that it can be aired and exposed for better public awareness.
This appeal is common and the loss of interest too is as common as it is so hard always for a marginalised group – in this case men discriminated against as of lesser domestic value – to gain the momentum required to attract resource allocation to demand change.
To compete with this your comments are noted from New Zealand. Today, I had planned to write to Peter Dunne our Minister of Revenue, and I intend to draw to his attention this site along with others, and compare the basis of this information to his desire to be humane. I challenge him where his focus, always clearly regards his education, moral coupling to that culture of education and awareness of the needs of every citizen as right, balanced and progressive.
His position politically suppporting those views remains repressive.
Optimally he will recognise if he is draw to follow your links that there is new opportunity starting as drawn from this country for the world to change its oppressive behaviours by recognising the oppression of those ever esteemed to be the oppressor.
We have another MP named Hone Harawira. He is indigenous Maori. Peter Dunne doesn’t like Hone Harawira, he thinks Hone is a racist with separatist views. Last night in the House of Representatives Hone replied to a challenge by another MP and said that every Maori he supports is an “intelligent Maori”. To me, clearly, he emphasised the separation of views of thinking and at the very least “proved” that Peter Dunne exercises in power without much consideration of those people whom he does not think are of his kind in elite.
He sets the rules on Child Tax. I allege he doesn’t have a clue on how much damage those rules are hurting men.
If I run out of time to write to him today I will do so by the end of this week. Thank you for the opportunity to bring your campaign into the view of our government.
Respectfully,
Benjamin Easton
