  6. I don’t want to appear to be detracting from the subject at hand, but would like to draw a connecting line with the new three strikes legislation. First both areas of legislation affect (mostly imo) the same group of children, and the same group of parents. Secondly there is very little discretion in either piece of legislation. My view is that we will have a rapidly growing younger prison population funded by an older generation of liable parents. And who’s your father, the correction centre. There is a real risk here of our mainstream justice system descending to same level of public opinion as the family court. When these decisions are beyond both our personal choice and reasoned choice, then you have to ask who is benefitting and why? Treating child support in isolation invites isolation as your treatment.

  11. This morning, When i saw hundreds of machine gun toting troops and razor wire surrounding my local burnt down city hall and upturned vehicles everywhere, i thought that this is the only way that governments can be forced to change extreme injustice like fathers have had for last 20 years.

ALL english speaking countries have had the same policy towards fathers , nothing has changed in this time and it never will unless individuals or large groups do extreme things. Governments throughout the word are entering an era when they are grossly indebted and will be even more desperate to raise funds. This will only make our situation worse.

The state has pawns that are forced to follow orders (but most police and soldiers actually support the redshirts here) . Feminists gained rights because they had active disruptions and campaigns. Women in England got the vote because some went to jail
