Mother jailed for ‘cruel, horrible’ abuse
A Brisbane mother has been jailed for the “cruel, disgraceful and horrible” abuse of her baby son.
The 34-year-old woman, who cannot be named, was this morning sentenced to 16 months’ jail after she pleaded guilty to grievous bodily harm and six counts of assaulting her son.
Brisbane District Court was told the mother digitally penetrated the boy a number of times during a 14-month period between 2005 and 2006, causing bleeding, for which she would later take him to a hospital.
She continued the acts while her son was in a hospital bed.
The abuse was eventually uncovered by medical staff who noted the boy was “less traumatised when the mother went away”.
The court was told the boy, now aged five, has no control over his bowel motions, though it was not certain his condition would be permanent.
Mother rammed police officer with 5 year old daughter in car.

A 28-year-old Auburn woman is facing felony charges following allegations that she hit a police officer with her car while fleeing a fireworks stand while her young daughter was in her car.
At midnight July 5, several police officers contacted Eve Nicole Blake near a row of fireworks stands in the 2600 block of Auburn Way South.
According to charging documents, Muckleshoot Indian Tribe security had noticed that Blake was obviously drunk and walking toward her car with her child in tow.
Confronted by police, Blake said she was walking home but returned to her car after officers moved on, an Auburn detective told the court. Alerted by security, the officers rushed to Blake’s Dodge Durango and tried to stop her from driving away.
Blake accelerated, pinning an officer between her car and a parked golf cart, according to charging documents. Driving with her child in the car, the allegations state, Blake forced a second officer and several bystanders to dive out of her way as she sped from the parking lot.
Aimee L. Sword gets prison for sex with her son

A Waterford mother will spend at least nine years in prison for having sex with the 14-year-old son she gave up for adoption when he was a few days old.
Sword received yearly updates and pictures from the boy’s adoptive family in Grand Rapids, Ribitwer said. But when she didn’t get a picture when the boy turned 14, she contacted him online through a social networking site.
Originally charged with four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, the former Macy’s makeup counter clerk pleaded guilty to having sex with the boy once. Investigators said she had sex with the teen in a Grand Rapids hotel and also at homes in Waterford in 2008.

Romania
POLICE in Romania say that four children in a northern village have apparently died from asphyxiation after they were playing in a vat of flour.
Police from Suceava county said that the mother of the children left her children aged three to eight years old at home in the village of Ghemenea to go shopping late yesterday with an older child.
Police said the youngsters were in the flour vat. They entered the vat and the lid shut.
Mum gets 10 months jail.
Singapore
On March 4, the 26-year-old woman got upset when her second daughter, aged three, said she wanted to return to the care of her grandmother.
The mother then filled a small cup with hot water and poured it over the girl’s head. She asked if the girl still wanted to live with her grandmother. When the girl said “yes”, the mother poured more hot water on the child.
The mother did this several times for about 15 minutes. By then, the skin on the girl’s face and upper body had begun to peel off.
The woman telephoned her husband and lied that she had accidentally knocked over a kettle, which splashed hot water on the girl. The father rushed home from work and took the girl to a general practitioner.
It was not the first time that the mother had inflicted physical pain on the girl.
Last March, she had caned the girl several times on her upper and lower limbs.

USA
JERSEY CITY, N.J. (CBS/AP) Northern New Jersey police have charged the mother and sister of a bedridden, disabled woman with neglect after she was found dead inside their dirty, roach-infested Jersey City home.
The 33-year-old victim was Wendy Garland according to The Jersey Journal, who had cerebral palsy and Down syndrome.
She was found Thursday around 12:30 p.m., her eyes open in an unventilated room where the temperature had reached a scorching 100 degrees.
Helene Hutchinson, the victim’s 45-year-old sister and Florence Garland, the victim’s 78-year-old mother, served as Garland’s primary caregivers.
Police said Hutchinson’s home reeked of urine and was reportedly swarming with roaches, flying insects, and spoiled food, said local station WPIX.
According to WPIX, neither woman called 911 for nearly two hours so they could move the victim’s body to the front door – away from her vile living conditions – before paramedics arrived.
AUSTRALIA
In Western Australia a mother failed to negotiate a bend and drove her car into a tree. A 2 year old boy was trapped in the car and died at the scene.

TORONTO – Toronto police say a stabbing suspect has been charged, and a seven-month-old child they were concerned about is safe.
Police had been searching for a suspect after a 19-year-old woman allegedly stabbed her former common-law husband on July 10 around 8:50 p.m.
Pregnant women who drink alcohol may reduce the sperm count of sons
Denmark.
Men whose mothers drank the most had sperm counts a third lower on average than those whose mothers hardly drank in pregnancy or completely abstained.
It is too early to say whether a mother’s alcohol consumption directly harms her son’s future sperm count, but the finding might go some way towards explaining why sperm quality has declined in recent decades.
A MOTHER was charged with seducing and molesting teenage boys – after her alleged crimes came to light via social networking site Facebook.
American Cathleen Miller, an administrative clerk, appeared in Chicago’s Bridgeview Cook County Courthouse where she was accused of providing alcohol and marijuana to three teenage boys – all 14 or 15 years old – before molesting them.
Prosecutors said the abuse, including intercourse, oral sex, and fondling, occurred at the 40-year-old’s home in Chicago Ridge over the course of five months, beginning in February 2010, myFOXchicago.com reported.
A source said the pattern of abuse was exposed when Miller’s 13-year-old daughter walked in on her mother and one of the boys having sex.

The judges did not think so. The tide is beginning to turn on feminist hate. The ridiculous social engineering of the last 40 years is coming to an end. Even in New Zealand

I hope this sends a very clear and powerful message to women in NZ.
17 years to life imprisonment.
Now that’s more like it.
Although I suspect if it were a man he would have got 25 years to life.
It’s bloody scary to think that this cold blooded killer who is only 38 years old could be loose on the streets again at only age 55 with allot of life (and quite possible other people’s deaths) still ahead of her still.

French prosecutors have charged a woman in her 40s with murder, saying she confessed to killing her eight newborn babies and burying their remains.
Prosecutors say Dominique Cottrez did not want any more children and did not want to visit a doctor for contraception.
Her husband was apparently unaware his wife had given birth eight times and killed the children.
French officials describe Cottrez as a heavy-set woman and say it was easy for her to conceal her pregnancies.

The pursuit of truth and beauty is a sphere of activity in which we are permitted to remain children all our lives.

Just ring your local court. The Family court registrar will advise you.
Why would you bother with having a protection order discharged?
You know a protection order is for you to use at your discretion.
It undermines your credibility to file one, and then discharge it. If you just had it in place, and never had to use it, well then that is good. No-one is going to dis you for having a rocky patch, but if you have to go back…….

no a exe took a protection order out on me few years ago i want it discharged
my exe that i still talk to that took the order out on me agrees with it being discharged to… used a email she sent me as she lives in another city her saying see agrees to having it discharged…
No reason for it to be in place no she has come to relise im no threat to her
just that at the time of our break up i said some dumb things i did not mean
you no how it is every one says sill shit they dont mean when they are hurt
doesnt really deserve living under a protection order for rest of my life does it
Comment by lance — Fri 30th July 2010 @ 7:55 pm
Ring your local court. Yeah we all do say dumb things, but who else is even going to worry about the protection order between you and her anyway… A protection order is just protection – it is no biggy – it more a preventative thing to allow a compulsory time-out to prevent dumber things said going to the next level… it is for both partys protection if anything… a cooling down time, a de-escalation time….

Na hell i cant even own a slug gun because of the order being a solo dad wtih a 14 son
that wants one for his birthday yeah it does have implacations ..
why the hell would i want or even agree to having such a order hanging over my head for the rest of my life when there is no justification for having such a order in place..
as she has stated many times over the last few years she does not see me as a threat to her….
na these orders are wrong never ended contact and me an the ex became good friends in the end…. I will not be told by any court who i can and can not talk to..
relationships ending usally work themselfs out over time without the freaking state
threating me to do dumb bull shit programs or ill be lock up na anyway this order needs to go it holds me back in life just leaves a sour taste in my mouth sooner its gone the better then i can truley move on from all the bull shit that came with the state sticking its nose in my personal bizo

When you ring your local court, stay composed. And if your ex has discharged it, its just a matter of paper-work. Just remember to stay composed and not take it personally. Too often we forget the court staff are doing a crap paper-work job, and the people that are pleasant, well they go to the top of the paper-tray… It is a real annoyance to get an unjustified protection order slapped on you… But just play the game, and get to the top of the paper-tray, and you’ll be out enjoying hunting/having fun with your son, before you know it. Even take your son in with you to the counter.. it’s not personal – it’s just a crap paper job to them…..

Only anger i have in my life is surounding the justice system funny
Ive always been a mellow guy… my anger stems from being bullied chased
and harrased by the family courts lolol ya got to laugh ..
family courts make men into what they think they are trying to
change them from.. .. in saying that if i want to be angry i will be angry..
I just ant into letting the justice system control who i am or how i act..
I will not be controled there attempts at controling men are no more then abuse by
using threats of jail.. eg… if one does not comply .. …
I dont have a problem with the office staff in the courts infact the lady helped me full out my forms
it is the failings of a failed system that tick me off

Protection orders affect many areas of life. Courts and government departments view them almost as criminal convictions even though proof is seriously lacking in nearly all cases. For people who want to become citizens they are asked if they have ever had a protection order against them.

My money is on her getting the pussy pass.
