Chivalry alive and well?

Man wakes to find naked woman in his bed
1:12 PM Thursday Aug 11, 2011
Waikato police say no charges are being laid after a young man woke early today to find a 40-year-old naked woman in his bed trying to take his clothes off.
A spokesman said the man had been drinking at his Melville neighbour’s house before heading home to bed.
“The man has been asleep and unaware of what was going on, with the 40-year-old intoxicated woman in his bed. His mother has heard a noise and went to have a look and found the woman, naked, trying to remove the victim’s clothes.”
The man’s mother called police but no charges are being laid.

Now, let’s reverse the gender here; wonder what the outcome might have been for the drunken 40 year old male trying to remove the clothes of the young lady?
Posting something like this just misses the point entirely. Rape was never about Men and Women it was about protecting the child. Feminists made it into personal accessory and now when you see the opposite you wonder why it doesn’t sit well.

That Woman Deserves 10 Years For That. The Police Should Wear Pink For All The Feminists They Give Into.

Or , what about the story of the woman who stabbed her partner after an argument. I can understand the plea of self defence in a domestic situation (NO ONE deserves that) but becuase there wasn’t enough infromation, I don’t really know what to beleive.
If this undereporting goes unoticed I think all of these incidences will be ignored.

Just to maintain the balance; here’s what happens to a male, in NZ, in similar circumstances…from the NZ Herald 3 May 2011.
Jail for volunteer firefighter who climbed into woman’s bed
8:07 AM Tuesday May 3, 2011
A veteran volunteer firefighter has been jailed after he crept naked into the bed of a sleeping woman.
Mark Coldicutt, 42, who served 25 years with Hastings Volunteer Fire Brigade, was found guilty of indecent assault and burglary last month and was sentenced in Hastings District Court on Friday.
Coldicutt, who works in the transport industry, said he had known the woman for more than 10 years, and had a drunken one-night sexual encounter two years prior to the incident, the Hawke’s Bay Today reported.
On New Year’s Eve last year he spotted her at a Hastings bar then walked to her home about 4am and entered her house through an unlocked door.
He then slipped into her bed, naked, and tried to lift her clothing.
Judge Geoff Rea sentenced him to two years and eight months in prison.

You spelt chivalry wrongly.
It’s spelt like this – slavery.
