Gender Obfuscation in Workplace Deaths
FYI, I sent the following to Francios Barton, Ministry of Innovation, Business and Employment concerning a news article today:
I sent the following to journalist Natalie Akoorie regarding her NZ Herald article on a construction work safety campaign. The article suggests that the use of the word ‘people’ in referring to workplace deaths and injuries may have come from you. As a representative of community group ‘The Ministry of Men’s Affairs’ I urge you to start being honest about the true gender nature of this issue.
“While your article was commendable for raising awareness of workplace risk, your use of the word ‘people’ in refering to 100 workplace deaths per year served to hide the true gender nature of the statistic. The fact is that most years 100% of those deaths are suffered by men while female deaths seldom reach even a few percent. For any problem that kills or victimizes mainly women the gender of the victims would be emphasized in any journalist’s story. Why is it then that the male gender’s contribution or suffering is routinely hidden by those same journalists? Instead, media constantly support bitter complaints from feminists portraying it as unjust that women earn on average about 12% less than men across the much safer jobs women do.”

It’s not a gender issue if men mostly suffer is a classic. ACC put out an information sheet also saying that of the 1,000 early employment related deaths, 90% were men as well.

Same thing happens in Ireland.

Down Under (#3): This man was probably driven to suicide by IRD one way or another. But of course under current suicide repoorting rules we won’t be told about this unless his family go to the media, and even then media are likely to ignore it because, after all, he’s only male.

I have worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. for the great majority of this time my trade published a newsletter distributed to all registered people. I cannot remember ANY female deaths or injuries. The only female death I recall was (presumably) by gassing when she crawled into a pipe to inspect it (Without testing the air 🙁 )

Ill give you an example of the type of idiots we have in high places – I attended a tri lateral trade discussion years ago, and I had a european company wanting to establish business down in the south pacific – when I broached the opportunity to see what incentives we could offer them to come here to NZ, and create JOBS, the response was – can they buy more dairy and beef from us??? I said no, they are not even in that industry – but thats as far as the discussion went – unless they could do some contra deal, they were NOT INTERESTED – the company then went on to set up in another country which RECOGNIZED how to GROW an ECONOMY – in this other country, they gave that business a FIVE YEAR tax free status, with the option to increase that for another FIVE years, if the company grew in the first five years – that country understood – EMPLOYING PEOPLE, who then go on to pay taxes and buy locally is GROWING an economy – and more importantly they ATTRACTED that industry to stay and grow.
We have narrow minded fkwits in high places who do not understand this concept. Rather we pay excessively high $$$ for people to run state owned enterprises – many of which could just about run themselves – Eg – how hard is it to collect money each month supplying phones to everyone.
Another company I did business with in Europe – EVERYONE was PAID THE SAME – wow, now there’s a thought – this was the NORM – all staff were treated as EQUALS and the company thrived as a result.
What do I see here in green eyed monster land – Example – Staff hired as MANAGERS in a GOVT company who don’t even know the business – give them BUDGETS – so the less they spend on STAFF and business needs, the more they get as a BONUS – so the company and staff suffer through a lack of resources – I saw this recently where unemployed dairy managers were HIRED to run a FREIGHT company – they were given budgets which they did not want to SPEND – so staff went without the BASICS, health and safety was a shambles, ( thats right folks govt run companies are the worst offenders ) and the managers got huge bonuses at the end of the year because they spent nothing – this is how our GOVT run there own businesses in NZ.

I happened to contact WorkSafe NZ a few months ago regarding the gender breakup of workplace death numbers. I was told that I would have to make an FOI request. That is ridiculous in itself, but I am yet to get even a reply to that request.
Are my taxes being used to fund this agency?

Gender. Have you asked yourself WHY we have a huge push to change the way in which gender impacts on our lives?
Ultimately if there are Manu genders….we can conclude that in the future there may be NO GENDER…..or at the least gender is not relative to human existence.
What has no gender?
A robot! A Trans human. There is a huge push towards transhumanism. The merging of machine with man, to create a human which is perhaps better than God. I am plus. Artificial intelligence, or AI …a super human brain is being created …a cloud based intelligence which knows everything about humans, of all races and genders.
That is WHY we are seeing them intensive surveillance state being rolled out……they need the meta data of every human on the planet. Your biometrics, your thoughts, your entire life as capture and recorded on cell phones, iPads and the web. Willingly supplied by each of you.
Elon musk talks about the need to link mans brain with AI. The need for a symbiosis merging man with machine….the AI brain which knows everything.
The only hurdle currently is wavelength.
I watched Putin talk about this recently and he made a valid point. As this technology is created there must be a grounding in ethical foundations of this,work. Especially since AI has the ability to think for itself. Already AI is working outside of the man made algorithms. The machine is learning and evolving on its own without human input. Very dangerous indeed for humanity.
so today we have leaders, lawyers, hospital staff, police IRD employees breaching codes of ethics with impunity.
How can we expect to see new technology created with an ethical foundation? We can’t and never will if these people are involved.
My point here is simple. The current established normal needs a massive shake up and a re focus on ETHICS else the machine they are creating will take over the world, and humanity will be a distant memory.
Now can you see why gender, the concept of fathers, and mothers, parents, God, natural law are being systematically phased out.
There is and will be a need to redifine human rights. What will they be when you are brain chipped and linked to an AI system?
If you want to bring in something which is not natural. Not human, not created by God or nature, then the corporations desperately need to remove those concepts. And that is exactly what we are seeing.
Black eyed peas singer WILL I AM …..is already marketing a new product ….I AM PLUS……..I am …is God…..so they are proposing for you to take these new systems willingly and become better than God.

Good to see you back down under ….the problem for those further up the food chain is the strong willed alpha male. Are you one? You see the reason WHY they want to chip our Brains is to remove free will. Having to coerce, intimidate and trick us to give our “consent” is not working as we all start to wake up.
We are the problem, the father the man the son the strong willed bloke who will stand up for human rights and who will protect kids and the elderly from harm. The vulnerable.
You see when we are ruled by bullies, bullies only prey on the weak. The Defenceless and the vulnerable.
Know thyself and know your enemy and you will never lose a battle..

Yesterday, I had a near miss at work.
I can only blame myself, as I took the risks.
But isn’t that what men do, take more risks.
Killing themselves, sometimes others.
I was using a pillar drill, and the job flew off.
Flying level, hitting a fire extinguisher on the wall.
Just so I know, the arguments about safety.
My grip on the workpiece failed, and the drill seized breaking.
All in what seemed an instant, and unstoppable.
Still got all my fingers, and got no sharpe edge cuts.
But it could have hit me, or another person in the room.
And any lump on metal at speed, is deadly.
To be stubborn, I could blame the new guarding.
Preventing me getting, a proper grip.
I could have spent far more time, clamping it down.
As I said I took the risk, with the method not being safe.
My making a mistake, has reinforced what I already knew.
And today using the drill again, for a similar job.
I was more careful, taking things slower.
Still far faster, than doing it properly.
…………
I am looking forward to the holidays, taking an extra week.
As my gob can be stressful, with expectations.
Having to make things, as quickly as one can.
People are waiting, for things to be made.
The calendar filling up, with the Christmas rush.
A day to program a robot, to wind an electric motor.
And then not enough days, for my next task.
I am counting days, looking forward to a rest.
