IDEAS ON “HOW TO BECOME A MINORITY GROUP?”

How does a group become a minority group..and how do they change the way they are treated by society, the law and the other groups that our society is made up of???

Same sex people have done it, Women are doing it, Native birds are doing it, hell everyone that can is doing it.

Not “ME too” but “MEN too”, best not to ask The Don to speak though.

  2. Here’s a minority group in England

Male, pale and stale university professors are to be given “reverse mentors” to teach them about unconscious bias, under a new Government funded scheme.

Under the project, white males in senior academic posts will be assigned a junior female colleague from an ethnic minority as a mentor.

  3. We know how this works out, based on the Canadian experience, of giving Family Court judges law gradates as secretarial advisors.

  4. Men are a minority group in NZ, being less than 50% percent of the population. I’m not sure how that statistic would change if people are allowed to choose their own sex according to subjective preference, as intended by our Labia Party government. Perhaps that’s the underlying objective, to increase the claimed percentage of males so they can be attacked and exploited with even less ethical restraint! That assumes that more females will categorize themselves as males than the converse, which seems likely given women’s widespread delusion that men have it better.

  5. Perhaps the men that relate to this site might be considered a consequence of a minority group.

Men don’t tend to operate in the collective sense that women do – we’re more inclined to engage in a hierarchy situations or engage with a leader if we can’t do something ourselves.

  6. #4 They are also talking about a third non specific gender that doesn’t identify as either.

This appears to support the non-pronoun agenda that removes the use of male and female references in language.

  7. I’ve seen online discussions that adhere to the idea that male and female gender in society is not biological but totally socialized.

I don’t know a lot about this and I’m not sure that I really want to. This appears to follow some form of pansexual agenda – I had to Google it, so you can too.

  8. #4 Males and females are still equal until we get to adult age groups.

Men as adults is where the difference occurs.

Are these related or two separate agendas?

  9. A creation of a Minority Group is what is needed,,, Not men in general but men who have been affected by the laws around family matters,, especially protection orders.

If Andrew Little thinks this is not a major issue he is Wrong!!

How to do it and keep self respect is not so easy,

  11. I have to tell this story, it could be a quick way to become a minority.

Back in the day we advertised in suburban newspapers to get blokes along to public meetings across Auckland. This one in particular happened to be in West Auckland and a old Scotsman brought up the solution for difficult woman … as was done in the home land.

Imagine this in a broad Scots accent …

“You take them down to beach at low tide and wrap them in seaweed.

If anyone goes and saves the silly woman, be it on their head, otherwise the tide comes in and it’s not a problem anymore.”

  15. Europeans are already the worlds smallest minority and will be under 1% of the world population in two generations time. Male and ‘pale’ university lecturers are to have young female mentors, indicating that they must change what must be perceived as unacceptable views. You couldn’t get away with this with any other race and why not debate and discuss issues if there is even a problem? Universities have not been placing of learning for a long time now. They are more and more becoming places of ignorance and intolerance. Universities gave us feminism and brought in the gender war. Feminism is nothing to do with equal rights. It has proven itself time and time again to be just a series of false statistics. People should ask, why is there a war against Europeans and the middle class? Who benefits??

  17. @15 Doug

60 % of the world population lives in Asia.

Europeans are 10 % of the world population living in the 40 % area.

World population has passed peak growth, meaning although it’s not decreasing yet, it’s increase is slowing.

I can’t see how Europeans would drop to 1% in two generations?

  18. Multiculturalism. A race can be bred to a type of extinction. No 100% DNA individual left. Most of us already have tiny bits of other races. 46 chromosomes for just 1 of them to be from shag 500 generations ago 5000km away. Or a slave, trader, war, could be a cause. Ultimately critical mass results. If 1/2 of people are other/mixed race then 1/2 of that persons partners children will be too, 1/4 will be both already mixed or other races, 1/4 will be children with 100% of that races DNA. It doesn’t take long for a race to absorb that foreign DNA. Overall that races DNA is however not extinct. It just gets spread out over time amongst other races. It’s not hard to conceive of a world where freedom of travel, trade, relationship race mixing will result in only thousands of years from now, the virtual extinguishing of races. We will be so mixed that everyone will find it hard to identify as a single racial group.

Maybe the human race then becomes extinct.
    Becoming just Humans.

  19. Goodness only knows what so called people will identify themselves as in time to come.

The way the biotech field could lead to makes minds boggle, maybe you could get feline features and identify as such.
At least the gender war will quell…finger and paws crossed!
