MEN TOO Documentary
The 2023 observance of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Men was held on November 17, with related International Men’s Day events taking place in Australia, Germany, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom, India, Nigeria, and many other countries around the world.
The highlight of IDEVAM-2023 was release of the “MEN TOO – Domestic Violence Against Men” documentary, produced by Dogs on the Run of South Africa. The film premiered at an international press conference, and is being promoted around the world.
That’s a good video, so I recommend watching it.
It references a point in time, when there was a mistake.
Feminism became powerful, promoting the single mother.
Presenting arguments at the time, that no father was better.
Very liberating for women, but the taxpayer funds it.
Child support an anomaly, men must pay but are also not needed.
Not having a father is bad, but people believe it’s good.
Another little gem in the study’s cited, race and society is irrelevant.
The rates of domestic violence, are the same everywhere.
Meaning domestic violence, is genetically before race.
That part of the brain, is pre modern humans.
If I’m not mistaken, genetics has found violence genes.
Violence is wired in, both genders are guilty.
But just as interesting from statistics, it’s a minority of offenders.
Meaning violence is bad, otherwise it would be dominant genetically.
If it was good, everyone would be domestically violent.
Few people would be non violent, it would be a bad gene.
It’s a good thing, that non violence is evolutionary better.
If violence is genetic, how can domestic violence be gendered.

The post shows an obvious truth, about stopping violence.
You need a strategy for men, and a strategy for women.
Think of the boy or girl, with a violent parent.
If you want to stop generational violence, it can’t be gendered.
The violent mother, is just as damaging as a violent father.
The argument is worse, as most violence is both parents.
What happens to the boy, what happens to the father.
What happens to the girl, what happens to the mother.
Society says violence is wrong, but acceptable at the same time.
How often does female violence happen, demanding justice.
It is a nature vs nurture debate, testing children for outcomes.
It is a small part physical violence, think the controlling parent.
The neglectful parent, the radical or delusional parent.
Would we gender those things to, where does feminism stop.

There can be no value to life, if you are male.
Ask the Palestinian male, if even having a white flag is safe.
It’s only because of fate, we learn of that wrong.
The Israeli dead is a travesty, nobody counts the Palestinian dead.
Notice in presenting figures, they talk about women and children.
You can do the maths, but they don’t say the male dead.
Then there is society, and it’s expected behaviour of men.
The young Palestinian male, is almost just expected to die.
Even the young Israeli male, is in uniform losing there lives.
To the politicians you can see, to them there’s no atrocities.
That’s the mistake Hamas made, they killed women and children.
Everything was legal, if they stuck to killing only men.
What would the world complain about, if the act of war was moral.
Where is the demand, politicians should stop killing men.

It’s an interesting concept, asking what happens to men.
If we look at domestic violence, how does society behave.
It’s presented as a problem for women, so that’s how we look at it.
We try to fix the problem, by only looking at outcomes for women.
What happened to the males, is not even considered.
I have been reading comments, about a female teacher.
She has had sex with a student, who was male and 16.
Many saw nothing wrong, and many wanted her to go to hell.
But a consistent theme, was if it was my daughter comments.
If it was a boy it’s ok, but you’re dead if you do it to my daughter.
In that case, the law is acting.
So like domestic violence, it’s not like males are completely ignored.
But the intent of laws, was never to protect males.
Domestic violence laws, were made to protect women.
Just as the age of consent, was made to protect women.
When the opposite happens, many do not see what’s wrong.
