Fathers Lobby To Release Its Own Report On Family Violence
Media Release:
Fathers Lobby To Release Its Own Report On Family Violence
Co-author Hans Laven of a new report ‘The Other Side Of Partner Violence: A counterbalancing review of international and New Zealand reports on Intimate Partner Violence’ said today that their report would identify serious flaws evident in the recently issued Glenn, Tolmie Death Review and Herbert reports that supported their own erroneous beliefs that it was usually the male that was the perpetrator of family violence and the female was invariably the victim. These findings were not supported by neglected New Zealand and international studies which are ignored by the recent reports and women’s lobby groups.
“Our review reveals that statistical data has been manipulated and anti-male gender bias is a strong theme running through these reports”, claimed Mr Laven.
The report is to be released to the media and other stake holders on Wednesday 26th November and is bound to reignite debate on the true causes of family violence.

The authors of this report are Craig Jackson (educational consultant), Hans Laven (registered clinical psychologist) and Dr Viv Roberts (registered medical practitioner).
This will be an interesting read, about time the fairer sex (males) experiences were represented. Well done.

I look forward to reading the report, which I think is going to rightly shake up the DV industry. Well done fellas!

The tide of public opinion is turning, although new Labour leader Little hasn’t yet come to grips with this and its role in the party’s failing support.
See for example the comments in response to this editorial in the weekend’s Bay of Plenty Times.

Just in case you missed it the NZ Herald wrote a piece on the White Ribbon and put this as a description of what it stands for,
White Ribbon Day falls every November 25 and is recognised internationally to raise awareness and condone violence against women.
‘Condone Violence’ I bet they meant to write Condem. Or something similar, now I can get away with spelling errors, I’m not a writer. Still the article goes on to talk about the terrible amount of abuse committed by men on women and children, THIS PISSES ME OFF.

A well written and astute report. It does display that current and historical DV policies and legislation which is formulated by data gathered from ONE DIMESIONAL source`s, and that they directly mirror a sexist feminist perspective. In my opinion, to think that way may possibly create an unbalanced, and inaccurate viewpoint. A example as to why our policies and legislation have been formulated and enforced this way could be found at the heart of our education and law sectors. Firstly our Tertiary Education sector, only provides “Women`s studies” within it`s provision of gender studies. Our NZ tertiary education sector provides vast amounts of information to Governmental agencies and Ministries whom are charged with providing information and data that underpins the current policies. Furthermore the law industry and all it`s actors that are charged with the construction of current DV legislation are also supplied with this very same information from the tertiary education providers. Therefore all the information and data being used to construct all current policies and legislation will almost certainly lack the masculine perspective. This lack of the masculine perspective will most likely to lead to misunderstandings and inaccurate data. This most likely explains why Domestic violence incidents, protection order applications and protection order breaches continue to rise, yet more and more money is poured into this deep hole year upon year!!. One way to overcome this problem is to research men both quantatively and qualitatively so we can collect more accurate data from their stories, so we can then add this to proposals and any submissions necessary. The outcome of such information and data, shall hopefully uncover many deficiencies that surround the area of “How to apply intervention and prevention practices to men in DV Instances”.

‘domestic violence’ ‘child abuse’ anti-male propaganda to break up the family and ‘Protection’ Orders are a corrupt police state self-perpetuating feminist lie. If you kidnap someones’ children by mother’s and the state, then you will drive many to suicide and some to killing in self defence. ‘Protection’ Orders are just another weapon of the police state to control men using the selfishness and vindictiveness and will to lie to get what females want, so they can play the victim.
