Hi To all,
This is an initial notice that we will be holding protests outside the Napier and Hastings Family courts in July. I am hoping to have as many people as possible there and will be inviting as many of the media as I can think of. I am also keen to get as many stories as possible about VD and put them on this site, to encourage the power of the people!!!
In order to be effective we must remain within the law, the protests and comments here must be legal, and not even able to be misconstrued as inciting violence.
The family court must change and be brought to account. Lets do this together.
Health, strength, and strong families, are my wishes for all.

Thanks. VD is short for Judge von Dadelszen, who is the main Hawkes Bay family court judge and arguably the worst family court judge in the country. The association with sexually transmitted diseases is completely intentional, though is probably being a bit insulting to something as innocent as gonorrohea.

Yes, Jim, if you go, I will go and pay towards petrol costs.
My journey with the system started down there. From what I remember, Women’s Refuge, CYFS, WINZ and the Family Court are one and the same.
The same people are trustees and they are a click group. Now that is definately conspiracy. And I was a victim to it. But unfortunately the trustees were the ones that lost my children to the system itself, not me. How sorry they were but they need to know what they do. I should make a visit as well, if we have time.

One seat reserved. I have just filled the van from empty and it was $69-00
The van will comfortably seat 7
Its a 5 tank return trip
With luggage its probably wise to only offer seats for 4 passengers
My share of costs is the overhead
5X$69-00=$345-00 divided by 4 $86-25 each +sustainence for me. Can we afford to GO?

$69.00 to fill you van. Wow. I have never been able to fill my car although I do comment to the petrol stations how cars cost around $80 -$90 to fill up. So your not doing too bad.

Yep its been a good week – You have just displayed your thinking process
First time the van has had a refuel in 3 weeks – Only needed Bacon for **Bacon Sandwiches** and money for Javans medicine and school trip – Shouted myself a coffee from Highbury Burger King and spent $3-50 on compost to start the winter tomatoe garden in the conservatory – The spuds cabbage and rhubarb are already under way
No more benefit till next thursday so I hope we don’t need more medicine
We live on the garden and the Co-Op-n-FoodBank till then
Javan is with his mum as of Monday for a week so I might get 2 Burger King Coffees, a box of wine, 1st in 3 weeks, and enough for meat the week Javan comes home. Any left over bacon will be casoroled to last ALL next week

Here is an example of VD’s handiwork fomr one sufferer in HB
A quick summary for people to get a feel for my plight. I don’t think I’ve got anything to lose now! VD is reference to so called Judge von Dadelszen
1. Left Family Home Sept 2004
2. Accused of sexual interference
3. June 2005 Granted 2hrs/week all 3 children together..not at my home, not with my partner or her daughter. Not allowed to make phone calls or mention my partner’s name.
4. July 2005 Youngest daughter refused to go home. Mother physically ripped her from my arms. I was then accused by Dr. W (DV Coordinator – HB) of being a dangerous and violent man. This was documented and sent to a variety of agencies, including FC…..on mother’s say so without Dr, meeting me and not prepared to discuss it or meet with me. Complaint still being processed by Privacy Commission 2 years later.
5. All contact stopped by the Court. No explanation given.
6. Application for warrant to enforce, vary order. Urgent hearing. All ignored by Court. December 2005
7. No contact for 12months. No protection order. No communication from Court. Everything ignored until June/July 2006. Sunday programme aired. Substantive hearing called within 3 weeks.
8. Told by VD I would not get shared care (prior to start of hearing). Forced me to say I was contributory to impass. Would not do same for mother. Deliberately, got stenographer to not record certain aspects of discussion. Deliberately, left agreed conditions out of Court Order about father being notified of a step father figure living with the children. Tried to deliberately sign off a interim parenting order as final.
9. Told Judge he should remove himself for having a bias against me, as well as ex’s lawyer for breaching privacy and discussing court proceedings with a 3rd party. Refused to do so and fined me costs for trying to do so. Fined me $20k for taking proceedings against my wife ….just to see my children.
10. VD eventually steps down after me swearing on affidfavit that he is corrupt, a child abuser and has allowed counsel to exploit the family.
11. February 2007 youngest daughter tells lawyer for child that she wants to go to Dad’s every day.
12. February 2007 Final Court Order 5 hours / week..all three children together, not in my home, not to mention my partner’s name.
Thus 2 and 1/2 years to get 5hrs a week restricted contact has cost me $22000 in court costs against me.
Well done VD , you’re a legend!
PS Boshier has intimate knowledge of this case and has done absolutely nothing!
The E-mail below was sent because it appears the Court was reluctant to give me a copy of the judgement ex the substantive hearing.
I ask you…
has the Court drawn this case to a close with a successful outcome? No
Did they hear any evidence whatsoever at the substantive hearing? No
Are they corrupt ???

The transcript is all about covering up for von Dadelszen and the Family
Court. I have all the evidence. I just need a State and a Court that is
willing to listen….when public sentiment changes my case may be a good
barrow to push!
I have read the transcript and will not be appealing the decision.
I, will however be starting a 10-20year campaign against the State and
The Family Court to seek financial compensation for the atrocities that have
been allowed to occur.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves and I will do my best to bring
You all to trial to account for your actions.
Justice will prevail, as it eventaully does. It just needs political
pressure and public sentiment for accountibility of those who are
currently doing wrong.
The police are being proven to be corrupt….so too will
The Judiciary and the legal fraternity that feeds off it!

Dr Dad, I sympathise with your situation and support your continued fight. Go Hard!
Many Family Court cases, including mine, involved the same old crap; corruption, collusion, conflicts of interest, perjury, intentional delays leading to status-quo decisions, huge costs, ignoring PAS, disregard for the best interests or outcomes for children, and in most cases a complete disregard for fathers, anything they say and any evidence they present.
I would love to describe some of the aspects of my case, but this website is being watched by a lawyer who still has one foot on my throat, forcing me to lay low and not divulge anything about my case.
However, I anticipate that within the next month or so I will be able to begin my complaints campaign, starting with the Court appointed psycholo-jest, followed by the lawyers, judges and the system which allows them to conduct their crimes against humanity.
Have you set a date for your July protest, because I will do my best to get over there? Along the same lines as Jim, I could take 3 more in my car from Hamilton if each contributes $25-30 for fuel.

Don’t forget VD is probably the 2YC to Boshier – VD and Boshier are Labour’s Choises to do their bidding – They are as much agents of the **Corproatist-Socialist-Femi-FASCIST** plan of LABOUR as is Peter Hughes and other 2nd tere despots in powerful places – Go Google to see what Corporatist/Atkinson/fascist means and be very afraid.
We have caught glimpses of it in our travels in **Family Anguish** – we have caught glimpses of it with axes thru Helens window, we have court glimpses of it thru 2 well known charges of so called **Dis-Orderly-Behaviour** 2 of which were exposed by Law workers with integrity the other is a political prisoner is he not?

1. VD grants supervised contact
2. The X repeatedly impedes this draconian type of contact
3. VD admonishes the X
4. The X disregards the admonishment and continues to impede supervised contact
5. Father applies for “Order to enforce contact” and “Bond”
6. VD *scolds* the father in court for applying for an “order to enforce contact”. He tells the father that it would be disaterous for the children if Police came and picked them up from the mothers house. VD was APPALED that the father even applied for such an order!

Different judge, same treatment;
1. Father is denied contact for 2 months despite shared parenting order.
2. Father applies X-parte for “enforcement of contact”
3. Judge T awards “order to enforce contact”. (a caring judge)
3. Next day mother’s lawyer applies to have order rescinded on the basis that father didn’t tell the courts about a letter he never received. (she sent it to the lawyer who was representing him prior to becoming self-represented, and neither lawyer forwarded it to the father. Was this a set up?)
4. Judge B immediately rescinds Judge T’s “order to enforce contact”, changes fathers X-parte application to On-notice and sets a hearing date.
5. At hearing Judge B establishes that there was no protection orders, no history, hint or possibilty of harm to the child (except in mother’s care, but that didn’t count), and mother admits that father is very good with son and would never harm him.
6. Judge B delivers oral decision days later, ordering “supervised contact” and giving mother “Interim custody”. (Family Court rules state supervised contact only where there is potential harm to child)
7. Despite the Contact Supervisor saying that the interaction between father and child was the closest he had ever witnessed in his years of observation (obvious…father was formerly primary caregiver), Supervised contact of 2 hours per week continued for 5 months, followed by 1 month of 4 hours per week.
8. Father sues NZ government for breaches of human rights, financial losses, stress, loss of enjoyment, and child abuse, and retires with son in a father/child friendly country as far from NZ as possible.

Hi Guys,
I did not believe that this stuff actually went on, but after personally witnessing the corruption in the judiciary in this country I am appalled. If you look at the web site http://www.kiwisfirst.co.nz you will see first hand a lot of corruption occuring in the high court and court of appeal. I initially thought that it was only in the family court that this bias and corruption was evident. The truth will prevail, and scum like boshier will be taken to task with his smokescreen tacticts. Ever wondered why there have been 273 complaints received by the Judicial Conduct Commissioner and not one of them have been investigated. One was my complaint against Judge Anne Mc aloon for lying in her judgement, and making up evidence which was not there (By the way I have her on record as saying that it is not helpful to the court to submit affidavits – They are merely opinions of your friends – This she said to affidavits of people who were well qualified professionals in child development!).
The Truth will prevail. i support you fully

This is the father who has experienced the events in 9. at the hands of Judge von Dadelszen…to continue with the story the final order of 5 hrs restricted contact was granted in February 2007. A vehicle was required to allow this contact to occur. Six weeks later the vehicle was seized to cover court costs….and effectively shutting down contact yet again.
I would very much appreciate shadowdad contacting me, as I too wish to look at the options of sueing the State for breach of human rights of both father and children as well as child abuse

I am willing to view any psychologists’ reports that might happen to be put before me, and to comment on any shortcomings or possible breaches of the Psychologists Code of Ethics. Many of the reports I have seen prepared for the FC involved such problems. I used to do reports for the FC but all referrals stopped after I came out in support of the fathers’ movement. Just received my judgement – another negative over in Levin. I found this website and am starting to wonder what it will take to get justice; will it have to wait for some father to totally lose it and shoot someone. Something I would never condone but the overall Justice system is going down the gurgler. Do we need to form a Political Party – “The Justice Party”?

Various comments isn’t an effective way to get your message out – they simply get lost in the dust.
On the right hand index is a link to the rules and becoming an author.
I suggest you get a post up with a title something like legal action against Judge (name)
That way it is easy to find by searching and keeps all the comments in the right place.
If you haven’t already made contact with Dr Viv Roberts, then he would be a good start.
VD also took on contentious cases outside of Hawke’s Bay – he has plenty of history around New Zealand.
