The Police are scarier than Judges!!

The danger of further involving the Police in domestic disputes needs to be considered seriously.

I believe that the police have lost a lot of public respect since they became involved in traffic control. I shouldn’t need to explain to you why!!! Even internally there is conflict with the way domestic disputes are handled and there is becoming a smaller and smaller envelope for an Officer to make a decision based on wisdom vs PC. I still believe NZ has the best force in the world and know many good cops.

I am currently placing a complaint before the Police on a matter that should never have entered the courts but due to a feminazi cop taking sides with my ex, without looking at the facts, she has hounded me for six months. Despite making a complaint of her actions to the Area Commander she was obviously not chided for her unprofessional behaviour.

Recently, during a court hearing where I was representing myself, she exploded and commenced yelling at my support person outside the court room then threatened me with being charged for perverting the course of justice. To my utter amazement she then turned on my two witnesses, a 21 yr old girl and her 87 year old grandmother and threatened them to “ behave themselves or she would deal with them” This appalling intimidation of witnesses was seen by many people. When I asked the Officer what had angered her she refused to speak to me.

Police are human as well. This one has allowed her personal feelings to cloud her judgment. I therefore dread the thought of domestic disputes being in their domain as proposed by the post below. If you think The Family Court treats you bad just wait until you get into the hands of a mad police person.

The 87 year old woman witness in this story had an Angina attack and had to go to hospital. She had spent the last 87 years of her life thinking the Police were here to protect her. It deeply distressed me to see her dream shattered and the confusion she endured as shock set in. Most men involved in domestic disputes that are thrown out of their homes when they have done nothing wrong will know this feeling well.

God save us from predudice…the system won’t

  2. feel with you bro. when you tell them the truth that nothing happened.. they try and convince you that your actions were actually percieved as violence… really these guys need to grow up because these days anything … even breathing it seems can be defined as violence… what a crappy world to live in and bring future generation into. i most of all pity the future generation for having to live and face the crap created by radical minority gone before them.

  3. Name the Officer concerned who is harassing you on this website.
File a complaint with the minister Annette King

    [email protected]

    Copy it to Shadow spokesperson
    [email protected]

And finally copy it to the District Commander as opposed to the Area Commander.

The actions of some members of the Police are being monitored by the Coalition and protests will be effected against any member of any organisation that breach sworn duty or do not uphold the Office they serve.

    Kind Regards
    Paul

If it was a Family Court matter, the officer’s name is protected by the Care of Children Act, so please don’t.

  5. Hi triassic,
    Thankyou.
    Much food for thought.
I would recommend going to the Police Commission who are charged with the task of vetting police conduct.

However I clearly recall turning to them to report the actions of two policemen who scoffed “you should be so lucky mate” upon reporting to them being molested by a drunk woman at a Waiheke restaurant.
The guys from the Police Commission were both extremely insistant that they be allowed to deal with the matter internally and that the station house sargeant deal with the offending officers.
No amount of argument from me could sway them otherwise.
Now if I’d been a woman reporting having gone to the cops and being told – “well lucky you darling for getting touched up by some fella”

Well, you can can just imagine what would happen.

Another episode that reminds me why being a male in nz is sometimes such a shitty drag.

And yes you could argue that I could of taken the mnatter further, gone to my MP etc. But I reckon those clowns from the Police Commission would simply say they offered a reasonable response to the complaint and argue and argue that line until my patience, money, time ran out.

Just another game in the femijungle of nz life.
