Some might wonder what happened when Mahoney moved on and Boshier moved in.
It is as simple as this –
With the introduction of the care of children bill the emphasis of information for decisions has moved from relying on the expert witness the psychologist, to censorship of evidence by the Council for child.
Here’s the bottom line – In this Government Department decisions are no longer made by the psychologist they are now made by the council for child.
In this court room Judge is still just another word for rubber stamp.
Judges who hide behind this political charade, and collect their pay without conscience, wouldn’t have enough integrity in their blood to pulse the veins of a fungus gnat.

History will condemn those Judges who have abused our children.
