CYFS Lose Round 3

It’s official folks. The good judge decided The Rabid Ones had insufficient cause to warrant the exercise of the ex-parte order!!!!!

Now they have to do things the legal way, and then have the whole issue heard properly.

No doubt there will be some very aggravated CYFSters mumbling about bastard men, tonight.

Go The Good Guys :–)))))))))

Cheers
David.

    Well done dpex.
Now the ball’s in your court, it’s time to start asking them direct questions regarding accountability.
On what precise grounds of factual evidence (not heresay etc) did they act?
How do they now intend to uphold the paramount interests of your child (grandchild, isn’t it), in reation to any court orders made
How do they propose to rectify the damage they have caused to the relationship between yu and yours.
    etc.

Thanks Al. And oh yes, we will be asking some very serious questions of the witches employers, and their employers.

But I guess the most important issue is that the FC ruled correctly. That must give us all a bit of hope.

Although I suspect the FC doesn’t enjoy tangling with Rod Hooker. Even so, the court came out with an appropriate decision.

Soon we will receive a copy of the cause of the judgement. I will post this as soon as I’m able.

    Cheers All.
    David.

    Awsome news guys!
We’re chipping away. It’s a great feeling to know that there will no longer be any surprise, unproven, uncontested Court Orders. Now we just have to sort out the judges, lawyers etc.
Ahh…I feel a protest comming on.
