Teletext Again – Domestic Violence Campaigners told a hui in Hamilton this weekend that Judges and Lawyers were not using the domestic violence act the way it was intended. The court was failing battered women. This is wonderful progress, the court must no longer be failing men and children as well, and all this while the psychologists still argue whether it is a duck or a rabbit.
