I don’t know how to start a new article? Can someone tell me how to do this? Anyway here is my gripe…….WHAT PROCESS OR PROCEDURE DOES THE FAMILY COURT FOLLOW. According to UN CHARTER on rights of children, court cases must follow childs understanding of time. But lets see my case has been going on since june and next hearing which is just a bloody psychologist report for judge to have a looksy at is not until october. Meanwhile my kid is with her malicious nasty old grandparents whilst me and my husband fork out dollar after dollar to a legal system that has betrayed our previous faith in this countries democratic values….!! What values….only value FC has is value of money. With our case which is really a bullshit tide of family drama and crap, mediation should have been sought first by court……..it was not even mentioned……just dollar hungry lawyers and their big buddy the judge…wasting another family and child’s life and destroying any chance of economic stability. We have other kids at home with us….that’s right…our case is really bizarre…but eldest was taken off us by false allegations, no substance to them….and by a man who is friends with family court judge. But we can’t do the judge……I have looked into it and apparently it would wreck all chances of us winning. Just like mafia really, FC is without a doubt immune to any scrutiny by public and us simple PLEBIANS.

NZ Men have been State slaves for many Generations – The Current Govt has tightened the noose further – Since time began Males have been manipulated to support the desires of the Rich and Famous – Todays efforts are simply an extention of the ancient methods
The Rich and Famous seem not to be to bothered of resent times but we now surcome to those highly organised with a specific agenda – The rich and famous are offered the bait of increasing their wealth by the agenda filled freaks who seemingly know better than the common man and we have added power to those with the agenda.

Bevan has brought to our attention the tightening of the reigns by Labour – Labour has since they began in the 30’s wanted to rule – Some of what they did seemed good for the worker – But Labour is no longer the Labour that my Folks voted for – They now way gone are probably turning in there graves
Labour 2006 has the cunning and growing Power to do most of what they like – Bevan and James’s obsevations are merely a part of what they are up to.

Look towards your future, your child cannot keep you.
Maybe you should find a job.
Work for people who cannot work full time are plenty.. Just look..
Move yourself beyond your Child..and his keeping you..look for some work.

Not important, seems to want all to hide in the work ethic – Would that not be convenient for Helen – Men so tied they are no longer a challenge – Men so tied they can’t Father – Men so busy they have no time to Men-Tor – Men so busy the have no time for Social Entrepeneur – Men so much in anguish they top themselves – Would that not be convenient to Helen – Helen who demonstrated to the World on Saturday last how little she cares for the **Whole-NATURAL-Biological-FAMILY**
