Do you think I should tell my story in the 1200 word limit as a miracle has happened as my alienated daughter of six years has just turned up on my doorstep? Or do I just photo copy the 6000 word doc that I personally presented to Families Commissioner when I met him with Viv Roberts , Craig Jackson , Roger Payne , Ben and Joanna in February ?

Done!
My children were abducted twice from being settled in my care. First fc hearing was 13 months after abduction, second 11 months. I realised the familycaught wasn’t real and just got on with making the best I could, of a stupid situation. This saved me from wasting real money on stupid litigation.
My children have clearly suffered a bit, one seriously in his schooling. Like all abducted children, their understanding of healthy relationships tween men and women may have been damaged unnecessarily. Time will tell – alas.
Familycaught judges and lawyers think they are do-gooders, but they don’t understand the consequences of their actions. They are relationship vandals. This is to be expected, as they have no relevant training or skills. Their training reduces skills at understanding family relationships or finances. They are unwilling to spend enough time on finding out the facts, thus whether they understand the situation correctly is just a casual gamble. Arrogance isn’t really a substitute for relevant skills or effort. They are in it for easy money without having to do anything successful or real.
I wouldn’t gamble with my children, if I had a real alternative.

Do both Peter.
Good news about your daughter.
Murray, they are as; feminised “relationship vandals”.

Yes Ben having a bit of trouble trying to get her into a school and assistance from WINZ as the six insipid false protection orders make all options useless and impossible and why bother writing to some labour lickspittle newspaper ? I have not the time as I am to busy trying to repair the horrible damage inflicted on my daughter by a CRIMINAL FAMILY COURT . Fuck I am livid and somebody is going down bigtime !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep at it Peter, of course it is frustrating!
Yet, if you recognise that we are the drivers of any change, and you temper your confidence into factual, articulate logic, then your condition and position leads us all. Forget about the editors and the papers by continuing to pepper them with your reason for them to investigate and uncover the injustice. Eventually, once we break the backs of those who presently directly work against disclosing the abhorent attitudes of judges and lawyers, by staying even handed with cool heads, the industry, even those diligently working covertly to discredit us, will be isolated. Then you will have your revenge. And you won’t have to do a thing. They will come to you.

Fantastic news Peter!!!
Nothing can bring back those 6 years but make the most of your time together now.

Yes Dave and Ben love does conquer all and I am thankful for the divine intervention as the judges are back peddling that fast it has already proved fatal for one involved in my case . I do wonder if Kim Thomas from the Christchurch Press who has publically mocked this web site in her paper gives me a call now , three years after she told me she was coming to met ?
However, my book will be a number one best seller Kimy dear. I would like to thank John P for this internet group, as it has been instrumental in allowing me to my vent my frustration and I am genuine when I say to you all , thank you ALL for the support.

It is the least I could do Peter after the help you gave me – a complete stranger.
Put me down for a copy of your book. I’ll recommend it to every library as well.
Comment by Dave — Thu 16th August 2007 @ 9:30 am
Pete,
do you have the article that Kim wrote? I would like to read it. Can you post it on here, it deserves a response.
Yes the judge just delivered a verdict on a controversial case and then keeled over. Most extraordinary. I was wondering if he was invloved in your case, where I am aware that the justice you; particularly, are looking for is coming a lot closer – close enough for you to sense I am sure.

Ben , Kim took a swipe at this site in an article a couple years back , I think I have still have it but she referred and implied that this site was full of angry men with internet names like moose. It was a swipe at the fathers rights movement in article to which I cannot fully remember its title .
Regarding the recent death of a judge in Christchurch , I can say I have had many dealing with him over the last few years and I actually respected his integrity .He was pre trial judge in a case I am handling , falsely acussed represetive rape of minor charges x 5 , this guy is innocent and I have proved it he is police bailed to my address and if he goes down he is looking at 15 years . I told judge Abbott he was innocent at depo hearing three weeks ago. His last case on planet earth was the Jacqueline Howat tragedy .This is very sad and the former police recruit was cleared of rape of a prostitute . I helped Ms Howat as womens refugee threw her out on the street with her 3 month old baby, so I had her live with me . I read the 19 page victim impact rape report and witnessed it for detectives . The sad and extremley worrying thing for me is this dangerous violent rapist is still in the community . Not many things phase me , however the court document describing in vivid detail the thoughts of a female victim while being raped has changed my life . If someone did that to my daughters I would kill them , simple as that .

All the above is said without prejudice just in case police come knocking again about my internet comments . Both Cindy Kiro and Helen CLark have complained to NZ police about me on the net , however thanks to good cops I am still allowed to spread the truth for a better New Zealand . Sui Juris .

Dad4justice,
Besides the outlook on this site, what is going on? I am trying to pick up your story through your comments but I am not getting a clear picture.
So I will just ask for it?
Is one of your daughters now in your care?
Comment by julie — Thu 16th August 2007 @ 11:52 am
Your already a legend Pete, but only because you can and when you do stay calm. You know this – so just keep on doing it. If it doesn’t come naturally practice it like you know it is required to save a life in the very next second.
If you have Viv’s details I advise you contact him before putting your entire submission on the site – just to be certain, we are not in danger of compromising that initiative letting the oppressors off the hook.
Your case should wake a few people up I think.
Comment by Benjamin Easton — Thu 16th August 2007 @ 12:39 pm
I am not looking for a whole case. Dad4justice’s case is everywhere when you look up law cases and such.
6 years he has fought hard to be a parent to his girls so far. It took me 9 years but like him I didn’t give up. Now he will become someone of extreme importance. Every win is a win for families. Not all are able to go this distance and not all have positive outcomes.
His life has a meaning beyond being a parent. That is why he is where he is. There is far more destiny and power out there than we can imagine.

Oh and, it is not over yet. Now come the years of healing. Of putting things right.
Oh, the insanity. Oh, the hard work and oh, the rewards to come.

Has anyone noticed that number 2 and number 3 comments on this through the Herald have come from women working for trusts. Hmmm. Interesting.

Julie my 14 year old angel has flown home to dad for protection and guidance . I can’t get funding for the Children Need Parents Trust or find suitable work within the Mainstream funding network . Its not rocket science to see what is happening . Power to the parents of both genders .
Kind regards

Dad4justice,
I don’t want anything from you. Well, I do. I want you to be successful as a parent because that is what you want. And as a person. But as a person I have no expectations of you but those that you want.
You are going to have ups and downs and one day if you are lucky, you will discover as I did ….. You didn’t do it alone.
I used to hate hearing people tell me the benefits because when you in the middle you can’t touch the light at the end of the tunnel but I swear to you; heaven is on earth. hehehehe
Life is wonderful if you understand it is just a simple gift. But … I have a feeling you will be drawn just as you are now to make a difference.
Live well and remember we all love you. You have so many fans but always know that no one expects the world from you.

Dad4justice,
When you need funding and it is meant to be, for everything you do after this fight will seem like a piece of cake, lol, it will fall at your feet.
But there is no point me telling you this. For you have to watch it for yourself.

Dad4Justice is an awsome individual whom I am glad to know. He has experience ever emotion I think a human could possiable experience and yet he has managed to come through. I personaly, hope that those who have done his man (who once had a life full of promise and happiness) wrong are held to account. I don’t normally speck from a religious perspective but; Judgement day will be here soon and I would not want to be in these peoples shoes! To Dad4justice daughter, your father will make it all right now, and you can be at peace also. My best wishes to you all and my family will always be thinking of you.

The families commission – a toothless gormless organisation that has not done a shred of good in it’s brief existence – is inviting suggestions for their next poll:
“You to tell us what’s important for your family right now, and any ideas you may have for future poll topics. Log in to The Couch and have your say.”
Visit http://www.thecouch.org.nz/poll/takepoll/19
I suggest people log in and give them some ideas of meaningful research they could do
eg – the family court
– father absence
– the great father removal project
– lack of role modelling for boys in schools

Thank you Julie and Wendy for your inspirational comments in what is a time of great challenge. I am flattered – cheers team . Our Children Need Parents Trust will be booming in every town in kiwiland one day as I have learnt patience as family court client since 2001.
Paul you are right about the Families Commission being restricted by a gender hateful government and it can’t really function fairly when the head researcher is a radical feminist called Rowena Cave. I am writing directly to the Commissioner Dr Rajen Prassad QSO for a chance to meet with him directly, as my many extremely sensitive issues will change the family court, as we know it. I have explicit clear evidence of the horrific damage to my children caused by a dysfunctional legal system. To Judge Peter Boshier I am expected to file in the Supreme Court at the first instance. Do you want that sir? Work with me or I destroy your Court at United Nations Level or International Court of Justice. I do not joke, as this severe damage to our biological children is going to stop, now, not next week, now Judge Boshier. Enough is enough — get your head out of the sand sir!!

Pete,
Craig Jackson will contribute to your travel fare if you are coming up to meet with Rajen Prasad.
I talked with Craig at some length last night, and I’d like to pass on my thoughts here – given the focus on the Families Commission. Recently a few of us did a lot of work to get 6 (hopefully 7 if Craig’s case has been added by Viv) case before the Commission. I spoke with Roger Payne recently who told me in his correspondence with the Commissioner that he mentioned the cases. I might be wrong on how I interpreted what Roger said but it gave me confidence that something was happening. However, saying this, I haven’t heard anything from the Commission and as far as I am aware my name and address was on my case file. I don’t like being disrespected like I am a piece of meat – and I think it is a curtiousy for the Commission to have contacted each individual whose case is before them – however – this is not my point.
I would like to think that those who were involved in gettign these cases together can rally again to offer some form of coordination from this point. If we do not have a plan of approach it is us who is weak, weaker than the Commission for their weakness. If our behaviour is uncoordinated then we can expect as natural that we will be treated with disrespect. So… Pete, can you ring Craig and talk with him about when you would be coming up, and then beofre you arrive we can unify our efforts. Where’s Viv?
As well Pete – you’ll need to come up to speed on what you can expect in legal terms from the UNited Nations – your presumptions as to how you think they will react in relation to Judge Boshier are unfounded and wrong. To achieve the ends you describe they will have to be done internally and this is inclusive of the Supreme Court.
When you come up I can help you to coordinate what you want to do – hopefully, you’ll want this advice.
Cheers,
Benjamin.
