  1. Would you please advise of the format of this file that can be downloaded? It appears that I don’t currently have a program installed that recognises the downloaded file.

  2. The link given by amfortas does not lead to a readable file, so I’ve removed it but if you add .pdf to the filename it will open in Adobe Reader.

    Despite their dysfunctional delivery system, the magazine is worth reading.
