   He said that in the absence of the death penalty, removing a child from their parents is one of the most “drastic” actions a judge can take [with] consequences that can last a lifetime.

   Family Court judges in New Zealand are really robots, they are not actually human, they wouldn’t understand this.

   He said that both the family courts, which deal with divorce cases and adoption, and the Court of Protection, which deals with decisions about people who lack the mental capacity to make their own decisions, must be more transparent.

   Does this make our High Court a court of protection? Our High Court has found that our Family Court Judges lack the mental capacity to make their own decisions.

   This is where there could be a conflict of interest, transparency that would show the part this court actually plays in our injustice system.
