Police Managers Guild on Family Violence

Filed under: Domestic Violence,Gender Politics,General,Law & Courts — Ministry of Men's Affairs @ 1:04 pm Fri 31st May 2013

We were invited to donate money towards the booklet on Family Violence produced by the Police Managers Guild Trust. We asked to see the contents of the booklet first, explaining that we would not support inaccurate male-bashing propaganda.

Although the booklet makes some mention of women’s family violence as well as men’s and is perhaps an improvement on the kind of anti-male hate speech we routinely saw until recently, we declined to support it because other content continues feminist traditions of false propaganda and misandry. The booklet highlights the widespread unscientific confusion and poor advice that has resulted from feminist ideology regarding child behaviour management and adult conflict management.

We would appreciate it if others here could read the booklet and offer their observations on its content to assist us in providing a critique, including positive feedback.
