Filed under: Domestic Violence,Gender Politics,Law & Courts — ashish @ 8:45 pm Sun 15th June 2014

Bet 100 to 1, this is a mother on DPB, and the 32 year old her boyfriend. And the father kept away by CYF.

  1. It is dangerous to speculate in this type of incident until ALL facts are known.

Statistically the most common abuser of children is their mothers, or are you reinforcing Feminist propaganda?

    Lets wait for the trial!

  2. 100:1 is above the researched odds in this matter.
Research shows children are over 50 times more likely to be injured by mum’s new or current (or previous) man than any biological father.

  5. Where do you get the statistics from that women are the main abusers of children and are killed by them???

  6. USA data: Fourth National Incidence Study of Child Abuse and Neglect (NIS-4): Report to Congress

NZ does not publish such carefully researched statistics, unfortunately. (They are very expensive to prepare.)
Canada, Australia and UK also publish studies similar to NIS, with roughly similar risk factors.
Elizabeth Moore wrote a Masters thesis on child homicide, at Victoria University. This should be able to be interloaned through public libraries. This appears to have the best data for child homicide in NZ.

  8. Murray Bacon (#4): I.e. the man arrested was the infant’s father. We don’t yet know however whether the alleged offender had been threatened with the fate so normal for NZ fathers, being kicked out of his home and out of the lives of his children.

  10. What you also don’t know is whether the mother caused the injury but the father is taking the fall.

  11. Human beings are the abusers of children. It doesnt matter who the offender is, it matters that the offender is bought before a court of law and thier offending examined without BIAS, and censured without BIAS.

The fact that 30% of young male (prosecuted) sex offenders were sexualy abused by thier own mothers resulting in no prosecutions is BIAS.
The fact the most common sex offence in society. The crime defined into law (in a judge made verdict) despite the crowns perverted effort to prevent it,(the day prior to Judith Collins (Minister of Justice) panic response and fraudulent takeover of ACC) is the crime of unlawfull sexual connection. IE if when deciding to give consent to have sexual intercourse, that if the other party has information that if provided would cause the person to not consent to sexual intercourse, or have sexual intercourse or activity diferently if provided with that information, and the consequence is harmfull to that person if not provided, but is not provided with that information. Then the sexual activity is the crime of unlawful sexual connection. EG all females who lie about being on the pill etc, inducing sexual activity without a condom, intensionaly resulting in pregnancy. These females are defined in law as RAPISTS. Teenage fathers (children) are prolific victims. No prosecutions and is BIAS.
The second most common sex crime is commited in regard to Birth Certificate Fraud. 6000 to 9500 cases per year. Teenage fathers and obviously the newborn baby (children) are prolific victims. No prosecutions and is BIAS.
Next is males forced into marriage through the use of falsified birth certificates. Sex in a forced marriage is exclusively defined as acts of RAPE. No prosecutions and is BIAS.

The Organised Criminal Group the Ministry of Police and its members are reponsible for the systematic and endemic commiting of these Crimes Against Humanity, They should be taken to the Hague were our currupt Judges can’t protect them. They should be the ones being put in prison for the rest of thier lives.

    Bigotry IS NOT OK

  12. Dear Downunder, that is a realistic possibility, that should be kept in mind, thank you.

An earlier child homicide about 3 years ago, the step-father was said to have killed the child and a few days later suicided. It was recorded by the coroner, that the step-father killed the child. Noone was around to contradict this version of events.

The step-father’s family disputed this finding. The step-father had criminal history and it is likely that they refused to believe anything he said, but that he was responsible. He could have seen that he was unlikely to be believed (as police aren’t very aware of women’s potential for violence? despite the police violence report on this exact topic!!!!!).

At the end, official statistics show the child’s death as inflicted by step-father. On the little information available to me, both versions of the story are plausible?

Remember also, that one incident recorded incorrectly, causes x2 the apparent error in the final male/female statistics ie 1 too many males and 1 too few females.

Same for recording a road death or industrial accident, when it was actually suicide.
Similar too for recording cot death, when it was deliberate poisoning or asphyxiation.

    Thanks also soMENi.

My 2c worth – the biggest harm to children, isn’t a few extreme violence events, but poor everyday parenting. Women show up as the largest group causing these problems. Don’t blame them, they need better support and more importantly, they should not be left in situations where their skills are not up to the task at hand. When separated, these situations are much more hazardous for the children and do need to be looked at on their merits.

Although familycaught$ criticises men who point out limitations in their ex-wife’s mental health, this is exactly the issue that needs to be addressed, to properly protect children. On separation, children will be left in the care of each parent for longer periods of time. This means that the quality of both parent’s mental health is much more critical after separation. Said the other way around, while the parents are together, their mental health problems are much less likely to cause problems for the children, as the children usually take the best from both parents and also other adults too.

All the pro-women ideology in the world, is little value for a baby left in the hands of an incompetent mother or father. The Prince versus Attorney General judgement shows clearly the damage that can be done by incompetent parents.

The familycaught$ are professional thieves, not professional baby and child protectors.
In fact, by failing to address valid notifications of mental health issues, the familycaught$ are essentially the patron saint of child abuse.

Talking about a very small number of extreme violence deaths, or quite a few poisonings or asphyxiations by mothers, is being distracted from far and away the largest harm to our children’s wellbeing and outcomes. Don’t be distracted by the drama – look to protect the hundreds of thousands of children at risk.

  13. Supression of father’s and child’s names lifted.

Charlie Lackner, 33, a forestry worker, made a brief appearance in the High Court at Hamilton before Justice Ailsa Duffy this morning, where he entered a plea of not guilty to a charge of murder.

Justice Duffy lifted suppression on Lackner and baby Cassius Takiari, who died on June 16.
