Boshier To Be Chief Ombudsman
How can the head of the a male-blaming campaign that deliberately excludes concern for male victims be trusted to be an ombudsman? How can a person who has publicly called for more draconian state violence towards men be put in that role? NZ men can now look forward to the same discrimination they routinely experienced in Boshier’s Family Court man-denigration machine. NZ men will now be deprived of fair service from what should be a public watchdog on the behaviour of other state organisations.

Boshier supports and buys into every plank of the radical feminist agenda.
Notice they will give him any job now but judge. After he left the family court it was off to the Law Commission and now Ombudsman. I dont think we on this list are the only ones who think Boshier is a loose cannon.

So a person responsible for 8 years of family court operations. Thousands of false claims of DV, supported. Thousands of examples of female violence towards males, supported. Thousands of examples of the legal system being abused, supported. Thousands of access orders ignored, supported. Thousands of children left in abusive situations due to a, dad is the second place getter policy, supported. Thousands of examples of birth certificate fraud, supported. Systematic, Forced Marriages of males, supported. Systematic Deception for Money crimes, supported. Sexually bigoted DV campaigns, supported. The Law Commission only examining female sided law changes, supported.
This person is an expert at assisting the government in committing sex crimes (against males) in the community (all Family Court Judges are sex offenders). I guess what better person is there than a person with a proven record of hiding and manipulating the truth, could there be for a job that examines government wrongdoings.
Is he going to investigate himself?
Because there is no doubt in my mind that a lengthy prison term for this person, will be well deserved.

You have to look on the brighter side of life.
This is the system gradually side-lining its waste.
Principal Family Court Judge … Law Commission … Ombudsman … Nobody wants him.
Yeah, it’s not the best, but at least he’s out of the Law Commission – that’s a big plus.

Another set up to ensure the people NEVER get justice……Current NZ Ombudsman – 2years 9 months now and they are still sitting on my complaints relating directly to – breaches of rights to due process, breaches of rights to privacy, breaches of rights to see your child, breaches of rights to be protected from unreasonable search and seizure, breaches of rights to own property – all the very concerns we all share currently……
And it gets worse – much worse – SECRET courts for health and Safety matters…..sneaked into legislation at the last minute…!!!

lets add to the list of current SECRECY……
1. SECRET – Constitutional change. Destroying rights protected historically by the Bill of rights, magna carta and natural law.
2. SECRET – TPP – Free Trade Agreement.
3. SECRET FAMILY COURT – used to destroy fathers and remove them from the childs life. We have all seen this. ( yes even grandparents are excluded as is being discussed here – and from my first hand experience.
4. SECRET – health and Safety courts to protect National Security – bullshit. To protect Deception and Tyranny more like.
And if you had not noticed – removal of the THREE Branches of Government – Judiciary, Legislature and Executive – so no more balances to power – even our law society is opposed to this!!!!!!!!!!! Opening the door to DICTATORSHIP and Executive, orders in council which NO ONE can OPPOSE.
Our current national Flag change is required to destroy historical rights and insert = Corporate laws defining your new “rights”.

I’ve just thought of something for the Ministry of Education and the public service, a new qualification. Boshier can be its first professor, due to his expertise.
The qualification would allow people the apply for the Ombudsman’s job.
Firstly is the mandatory Women’s Studies 101 paper.
Secondly they can do a Yes Minister 101 paper.
Thirdly they can do a Lying With a Strait Face 101 paper.
Lastly they can do a Suppressing the Truth 101 paper.
They can make it a requirement for senior government positions.
And give it a name.
Like.
Degree in “Bending over and letting the sun shine”

MEN’S GROUPS OPPOSE JUDGE BOSHIER’S SELECTION AS CHIEF OMBUDSMAN
Men’s groups are critical of the selection of Judge Boshier as the future chief ombudsman.
A spokesperson for the community group the Ministry for Men said “With Boshier as Ombudsman, NZ men can only expect to suffer more of the sexist discrimination that he promoted as Chief Family Court Judge. NZ men will lose one of the last avenues available to them to protect their rights.”
“As Chief Family Court Judge, Boshier frequently met with women’s groups and attended feminist conferences but he steadfastly refused to meet with any fathers’ group” the spokesperson stated.
“Judge Boshier misled the public concerning domestic violence, for example by implying that statistics from an unusual 6-week period represented domestic violence generally and by failing to acknowledge the high rate at which males are killed or seriously injured through domestic violence.”
“Although Judge Boshier admitted that many applications for protection orders were untruthful strategies to gain advantage in custody and property cases, he kept on using the terms ‘offenders’ and ‘victims’ to refer to protection-order respondents (mainly men) and applicants (mainly women)..”
“Judge Boshier acknowledged the greatly increased suicide rate among litigants going through his Family Court, but he failed to clarify that men commit suicide in NZ almost four times as often as women do, and he failed to make any changes that might make Family Court less abusive towards men. For example, his Court continued to believe that ‘every second weekend’ was more than enough father involvement in most children’s lives, his Court continued to rule in favour of women in a great majority of contested cases, and his Court failed to bring about consequences for the huge rate of false allegations leading to gender-biased rulings.”
“Judge Boshier went on to show his true anti-male colours by becoming head of the sexist White Ribbon Campaign that encourages us to care only about violence towards women, not men, and only to care about violence committed by men, not women.”
The Ministry for Men spokesperson announced the commencement of a campaign to stop Judge Boshier’s appointment, saying that no Ombudsman should be appointed who has shown a history of gender discrimination.
