Feminist Logic 101
The Court of Appeal is said to have “reached a new milestone” in having its first all-women bench in its history. This was seen by New Zealand Law Society President Chris Moore as being “another step in a long road to equality”.
Mr Moore has clearly been well trained in feminist logic. ‘Equality’ for feminists means total female dominance. You just need to understand the feminist definitions of words you thought meant something else.
In this case you’ve clearly spelt feminist logic wrongly – it’s spelt cigol.

Personally I don’t see a problem. Recently I had an appeal allowed in the Court of Appeal with a TWO women ONE man bench and one of those women was Justice Christine French. Incidentally the conviction appealed involved allegations made by females to police that were proven to be false so by my reckoning female Justices are just as capable of finding fault with District/High Court Judges, Prosecutors and Police who knowingly prosecute innocent men based on false allegations made by females. Only downside is that if charged at all those females making false allegations get such pathetic sentences that there is nothing to deter other women from doing the same.

Quite right JONO, there’s no particular problem having women on the bench, even an all-woman bench as long as it’s still seen as acceptable to have all-male benches too. However, the reasoning that ‘all women’ means ‘gender equality’ was amusing and telling.

Hi, 1st time to this site. I have been on the hunt for any support out there for males. My son has been living in a domestic violent relationship for almost 8 years. His ex partner has had him charged with assault after assaulting him again. When he told the police what happened they ignored him, even after photographing his bruises. He is going to court for assault with intent to injure, a serious charge, there seems to be nothing we can do about it. Is there any help for men anywhere! Seems that there isn’t.

Just to add, the police said “look at the size of you mate and look at her”… He also is working so isn’t entitled to legal aid but still can’t afford a lawyer. It’s so frustrating. We are also getting harrased and txted, messaged on facebook by the ex, threatened etc. We just want her to go away an get on with her life, but she is determined to ruin him. All of her family believe that she is a victim of domestic violence. She was jailed a few years back for a serious assault on a male at a nightclub. This woman is no victim. Please help

Hagen68 ,
I came to this site for help about 15 months ago.
I was in a similar predicament that your son is facing as I had been assaulted but was charged with Male assaults female. I went to canturbury men’s centre and got some counselling but This was the only place I found support and understanding as it’s generally perceived by wider society that any male accused by a female must have done “something” wrong.
If you look up “toothpaste accomplice” posted back in may 2014 you will find my story and the advice I was given probably applies in your sons case also.
Probably the best advice I got was “don’t do anything stupid as you will regret it”.
Your son is really up against a wall of gender bias and he will be frustrated to boiling point. He must keep his cool or else things can get even worse.
The good news is that no matter what it’s claimed that he has done he can still keep his pride and integrity strongly where it matters the most. Its one thing having been abused but the added insult and threat of being labeled an abuser and criminalised is extremely hard to bare.
First you need to understand the monster that you are dealing with here. This woman almost certainly has a personality disorder. Understanding of this doesn’t fix the situation but it can help you realise the “why” .. Someone like this woman does the things she does.
Please google “BPD distortion campaign”.
The first link by “ANGIMEDIA ” will lead you to an explanation and sadly also to the realisation of how common the situation your son and I and many many others confront. I was 43 when I was accused and this was the toughest situation I had ever faced in my life.
As far as legal advice goes there are some men here that have a lot of experience with courts so without giving away personal details you may be able to get further advice if you add further info about the charges.
Any emails or Facebook posts or even texts that refer to the woman’s abuse are admissible as evidence.
A lawyer may cost as little as 3k for a VERY basic defence, probably 8k or more for a defence by jury trial, if your son doesn’t have a lawyer it’s almost impossible to get a fair hearing as the ” victim ” .., is not cross examined. I got the basic version and it took nine months to pay it off. The lawyer will have the automatic payment forms in his top drawer.
Your son can go to community law for advice and probably should. I expect they will just tell him the same as I was told. Ie You need a lawyer. They were no more help than that. I went everywhere for advice and found as you have that there’s just nothing.
What region of the country is your son in ?
Is it MAF that your son is charged with?
When is the court case ?
Are there any children involved. ?
Is he also defending a protection order ?
If not he should probably apply for one against her.
WIthout giving away personal info what more can you tell us about the situation.
Your son will be beside himself, he will be experiencing immense difficulty consentrating at work and he will likely withdraw as he cannot express his anxiety and anger.
He needs as much support as you and other family members can give, Keep a close eye on him and remind him that the truth of what has happened cannot be changed. He is not alone, and neither are you.

So nothing has changed. In 2000, I was scratched deeply on the neck from behind while preparing the family meal. The only concern the Police had was whether I had retaliated (which I never ever did). I was told to “harden up”

This is like a breath of fresh air.
Obviously this is not an article that would be created in NZ media, being the most sexually bigoted on the planet.
It challenges feminism, and highlights many of the things said on this site.
Great work by the author, cant find the name?
Look at the comments.

Your observation is well placed ‘Voices back from the bush’
It is because they have developed critical mass and now have power and control as in a dictatorship. Using fear of ridicule, stooges, and propaganda technics, they have near complete control of government and the media as well.
However a critical mass of people in the community is developing that can see how corrupt there thinking is. It just needs pushing over the edge so it organises and reacts.
I have been impressed by comments being made by young males and the occasional female (generally more mature females) in the community that can see, and have been subject directly or indirectly to the bullshit, and are willing to comment against it.
The control over education, government institutions, and the media by feminists has created an enormous challenge for those who seek gender equality in the community. What we are seeing take place now is the exertion of that power and control, in a desperate attempt to place into law all their idealisms. They see just as I do that they are in a honeymoon period. Soon the husband (and those who care about him) will wakeup to find out how completely his life is being systematically destroyed. Other inputs to be aware of is industries that stand to make large financial gains from the bigotry, they are experts at propaganda.
An example of developing critical mass is the DV Act. Many thousands of children have seen their mother being violent to their father, only to see the police turn up and arbitrarily treat him as the offender. Standing over him like a bully, battening him, pepper spraying him, tasering him, as he attempts to have his version of events listened to, and ignored due to having a penis. The child seeing the father being driven off, and for many never seeing their father again. Forced then to listen to the mother, sitting around the table sipping tea, as she expresses to her friends and family how abusive he was. Then forced to participate in the feminist DV indoctrination courses in our schools, and shoved down their throats in media campaigns.
It is ‘as you have noticed’ very concerning at present. They are more than likely to get their way on many of the bigoted plans that they have recently initiated.
It will take decades for the children suffering presently from feminist idealism, to gain the political strength to act against it, and to attempt to unwind it, rebalancing and creating integrity in law, and correcting the behaviour of government.
I have faith in our youth, and I will fight for them (just as many others do), knowing that they will, one day if the present adult population fails, pick up the baton.

DJ Ward, great comments. Thanks for linking us to the Miranda Divine Article. I like the term ‘the offenderati”.
This article and most of the written responses to it are part of the great wave of change that is mounting, but sadly the politicians have yet to recognize it. There will be a major disposal of feminazi and white knight politicians soon. A good time for newbies to stand for parliament.

I am not 100% behind the TPP, and prefer it to be put before the public before we sign up to it.
But WTF has Kate Shepard got to do with it?
Quote:”The group claims police are attempting to move several women”.
Lucky them. Imagine if they were males. If they were male they would probably have been shot by now, even if they were about to surrender.
“If the demand was not met, the group would march on the offices of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Wellington on September 15 to carry out “a non-violent citizen’s search and seizure”
Maybe they should try and march on the offices of the Ministry For Men, just so they can see what real bigotry, and false democracy looks like.
What would Kate Shepard say about that?
Unlike modern women, she did not support bigotry.

#13
The article has been updated. So the quote in #13 has been changed.
There is now this.
“has been arrested for assault”
And its associated feminist intellectual bankruptcy.
“and the group was planning further, non-violent, protests”
Watch out! “we will hold a civil disobedience training”
Watch out! “If the demand was not met”
Yes I think they have all done a women’s studies course.
