And there you have it!! Woman’s Minister Julie Anne Genter will set up a Government registrar for men who have allegations of sexual misconduct in the workplace against them.
No need for anything else. No investigation, trial, no jury, no lawyer, no judge, just an allegation and a man will become unemployable for the rest of his life.
Completely open to abuse with absolutely no comeback. Even if it is proven a man didn’t do anything. His life would be over.
I note one woman, who did not want to be identified, says taking a sexual harassment case against her former workplace under the Employment Relations Act was “frightening and stressful.” She was afraid no-one would believe her and sought support from sexual violence agencies.
What a lie. There is plenty of support for woman who make allegations of sexual misconduct against men. Money too. And name suppression. The only thing stressful and frighting is if you are lying about what you have alleged.
Where do men go to get support from false complaints? There is no money for men to defend themselves. Very very low chance of name suppression. Under this system a man would have no opportunity to defend himself. Far more “frightening and stressful.” plus it would have no end, be in on the internet forever.
Everyone knows an allegation is all you need to destroy a man forever.
A lot of these men have families too. So you destroy those families as well.
New stress in the workplace and a higher level of male suicide all created and required by the man hating and unbalanced and thoughtless minister Julie Anne Genter.
Genter is definitely only half there; she holds dual citizenship with the United States.

#1 good point.
In fact it might be a point of considerable agreement if someone were to organise a petition.
A proper one, through parliament, if men are still allowed to do that without risking allegations of political harassment.

These articles have no balancing voice, which is nothing unusual.
During the time of UOF it wasn’t uncommon to be interviewed but if you gave considered responses they would not get published.
If you made an ambiguous comment that could be taken the wrong way – it would be.
In this article you can see the inverse situation twisting the bias:
Reporter: “Did you find making a complaint frightening and stressful?”
Woman: “Yes.” (Thank you for being on my side)
Of course this translates into the above article as
One woman who did not want to be identified said ” … “

@5 So, without the media interaction which has become the norm, you wouldn’t know that this was happening, to what extent, and who was doing it?
If the same question was put to a man, what do you think he might have said (16% of the complaints were male)
“It wasn’t that she asked for sex, that bothered me, it was the way she treated me when I wouldn’t oblige.”
Have you had the experience and not made a compliant?

Indirect contact and breach of Protection Order.
Last year my ex got a Temporary PO against me.
At the hearing two months later the judge dismissed the P.O.
Two months after that the same ex got a second Temporary P.O. The Court date not yet set up.
She claimed loitering close to her among other 30 present people. She did not take any Affidavit or any statement from her direct witnesses.I took three Affidavits from the same present people who basicaly said she was not even physically there.
Today I got am e mail from Court saying I can be arrested for “indirectly” contacting her through her witnesses.
Does someone has experience with that sort of indirect contact arrest Police threat?
My ex is afraid that by obtaining Affidavits from her witnesses /acquaintances I will prove she is lying and she is trying to block me from getting proofs using the Police.

Feel free to publish that email here.
If the police have said anything to you, that should be able to be said in public without fear or favour.
If this email was threatening arrest, that would be a very serious compromise of their jurisdiction.

No trial, charge, Jury, nothing. If a man is convicted perhaps don’t employ them.
If he appears on this bullshit registar with out a conviction then in my view he has to be a leading candidate for a job in my view and we must encourage everyone male manager or owner to do the same.

A woman’s minister – what crap.
How about something important like a Suicide Minister or a corruption minister. They might start with the Law Society investigating their own members then move on to police complaints, judicial conduct commissioners office, medical complaints.
These are far more important things

Thank you for your reply. Yes The North shore Police sent me actually two arrest threatening emails because i asked for Affidavits form her direct witnesses. She even asked her Consulate she is Asian)to ask the Police to force me to abandon my Applications under FRC rule 157 to get the relevant affidavits . And guess what ? Her Consulate did just that . You might think I am crazy and like conspiracy but Luckily i had the Police email .
I am not going to put it here because i am afraid , very afraid .
My temporary P.O expires on 14th of March but no Court hearing date is set up.I sent four e mails to to the Registry asking for the Court hearing date to be set up – but got no replies at all .NOTHING . Which made me thinking : What if her Consulate did the same to the NZ Ministry of Justice as it did with the NZ Police ?
By the way, what happens if my Temporary PO order expires after three months after being issued
and No Court hearing date had been set up and there will be no Court hearing.
I know I am saying unbelievable things but that is what has been happening to me , believe or not

#12. Temporary protection Orders don’t “expire”, they become permanent. You have to notify the Court that you intend to defend it.
I suggest you attend a meeting where you can be assisted and given some advice. At the top of the page you will see “Support For Men”. Click on the link “Hillsbro Parents’ Support Group”. There you will find details about a meeting every Tuesday evening in Epsom.

The sexual offender register for men will be for government employees initially as I understand. If that’s right, expect it to be imposed further later on. Importantly, it has to be sold to the public. Can we trust mainstream media to give a fair debate? this short video shows how mainstream is not our media. Does anyone know what happens when a woman filled a late Notice of Defence ( 45 days after she was served with the PO application ) against man’s application for PO against her .
In that case what are the chances for the applicant ( the man) to ask file a interlocatory application her notice of Defence to be strike out due to 20 or so days delay in filing it? RULE 41 FROM frc 2002

I made up nothing . The Constable form the North shore Police station even wrote to me ” You might be be arrested even if you contact anyone that might know ( name of the woman )
Contact the ministers ? I don’t think so . That Asian General Consulate was so aggressive to contact the NZ top pOlice brass to stop me at any costs of asking her direct witnesses only one very simple question And our top Police brass succumbed to the Consulate pressure .
A Background to my only one simple question
The asian woman sworn under oath that I noticed her at the Takapuna christmas parade and started loitering around her . What deliberately omitted was the fact that woman as a member of that Assian country promotional day at the Parade was inside a head to toes , from ear to ear , hidden behind black plastic eyes . I would not have recognised my won son in such a heavy disguise let alone her.
i did not expect to see her there as she never ever took part in such activities while we were together . By the way her Asian performing group was illegally there as confirmed by the organiser fo the Parade. Illegally because they never asked for a permission to be inclided in the parade nor they comply with NZ OSH and other NZ public safety requests. Everyone else
did but not them

O, and the question is Was she or was not inside that costume ? And the all hell broke loose for me. I complained to their embassy in Auckand for the Consulate interference in my legal l case and guess what No reply at all .
So now I am “blocked” by the Consulate via North Shore police station for asking a confirmation was she or was not under that costume .A perfect ambush by an invisible enemy haha . She even took secretly photos of me .the photos of course unauthenticated show only my back side me being totaly oblivious of her presence,
