Domestic Violence – All women must be believed.

In NSW Australia.

* Husband has doubts about his wife sincerity wants. Consults a lawyer.

* Husband comes home to find his home wrecked.

* His wife said to him, “you think you are smart, and you are talking to lawyers about me. Now see what i can do to you”

* Wife runs to the lift and smashes herself in her face with her own fist.

* Wife runs into the street. Police are called and she lays a complaint.

* Husband is charged and arrested. Faces 7 years in prison.

* While husband is arrested, Australian police help wife steal his belongings.

* Husband spends AU$20,000 on a lawyer. He trawls through 20 hours of CCTV and found the footage from the lift.

* NSW police drop the charges against the husband, but never charge his wife with making a false complaint. Which also carries a sentence of 7 years in prison.

  1. It’s not the first video, I have seen like that.
Her actions, were very planned out.

A mistake is noticeable, In the mess created.
How exactly does a fight, create a mess like that.
Her long list of being abused, seems far fetched.
How did that happen, and the mess.
The police not even looking, for evidence.

If the police won’t prosecute, can the victim.
Certainly guilt from a lie, is in the video.

The police have a problem, with having to believe females.
I hear influences speaking, on the harm done to men.
Men are openly attacking feminism, with arguments.
Armed with statistics, of alimony to losing children.
They openly say, relationships are a bad deal for men.
The losses and risks, are greater than the rewards.

To avoid pregnancy and robbery, one can be condescending.
Women think this is about money, so it must be for them.
Worse they think it’s about sex, something men can’t control.
If men divided there investment, by sexual intercourse events.

Prostitution, is a far better deal.
    And young men, are listening.

  2. And here in lies the problem – incompetence firstly on the part of the police and more than likely a lack of resources to fully investigate the complaint – not checking MOTIVE of the complaint – NOT checking the mental health of the complainant, and NOT authenticating the complaint.

The police WILL NOT now prosecute the WOMAN, because they expose themselves to damages and claims given they helped her commit the crime on the man – Reputation attacks causing loss and harm – is also 7 years prison. This is where things NEED TO CHANGE immediately. Police NEED to start Prosecuting liars and false claimants else we can never have a TRUST economy in the future – NEVER. Reputation attacks are the only crimes you can commit over the digital space – you cant physically harm anyone.

Reputation attacks are a FEMININE GENDERED tactic used mostly by WOMEN to harm their targets. It is a cowardly tactic.

Sociologist Stuart Waiton has raised concerns were media and govt policy bias towards men has created a new form of police harassment.

“Poor research and hyperbolic press releases do nothing to help the public understand the nature of this crime or, indeed, to set the correct balance when dealing with the policing of people’s private and personal relationships. We need to stop exaggerating, virtue signalling and using false claims to justify what is becoming a new and highly dangerous form of police harassment.”

  3. Courts aren’t interested either.

But the public seem to be in the best comments.

Cheating wife, 61, who made false rape claims against her husband after he refused to do household chores when she had an affair avoids jail.

  4. Soft sentences are set by the courts for such crimes as a precedence – and given many in power use these same tactics to destroy people and cause loss and harm – those in power dont want heavy penalties into the future that they may also one day have to face if charged prosecuted and sentenced. Reputation attacks and causing loss by deception – gas lighting and spreading rumours and lies about people is a serious crime.

Be mindful of the agent provocateur who hands out false accusations and rumours – straw man tactics to entice others to spread them – those who spread the planted lies will be prosecuted – not the inciting agent.

reputation protection into the future within the social trust and sharing economies is essential – the good news fathers and men – is that this is a feminine gendered tactic to cause harm and loss to victims and is a tactic most often used by WOMEN.

Reputation guardian and Truthpass – TRUTHWALLET – invest in YOU.

Reputation has a value and is the intangible asset of the future worth protecting.

Reputation value is also up for division on separation as relationship PROPERTY – and the law society are looking at ways to quantify this value.

  5. Men have learnt, if the police turn up.
The person removed from the house, is the male.
Older men and the disabled, the exception.
It’s not only believed, it’s policy.

If police can’t decide, statistics are they always punish the male.
So even before false allegations, there’s discrimination.
Research is slowly debunking, feminist offending rates.
So few cases is the evidence, #3 having a rare article.

Then the courts, deciding on who to believe.
If the male is not believed, he may get prison.
If the female is not believed, nothing happens.
    Extreme consequences, and no consequences.

  6. It’s not the case, all decisions are against men.
There are examples, where law acts against the female.

    https://www.stuff.co.nz/national/crime/130641212/woman-threw-hot-coffee-over-expartners-new-girlfriend-and-her-young-child

Admittedly the victims female, the victims also a child.
The victim lucky, to get video evidence.
Would coffee thrown at the ex boyfriend, result in arrest.
Would an equivalent assault on a male, result in a females arrest.
Would the same threats, be taken seriously.

You could look at female arrests, and the gender of victims.
The chance of arrest higher, if the victims female.
The chance of arrest lower, if the victims male.
There could also be differences, for male offending.
Done against a female, will likely result in arrest.
But done to a male, it’s not considered a crime.

It asks the question, about the previous events.
Where it was recognised, she was offending originally.
Was the laws intervention, commensurate with risks.
Was the protection order made, as it would for a male offender.

The interesting part, is her imprisonment.
Which I am guessing, will not be a long sentence.

  7. What a world, for a young boy.
Every girl, armed with a cellphone.
Wearing clothes, crying out for attention.
Every boy knows, everything is recorded.
Every request, every comment and every picture.
They know they are doomed, but solace they find.
The boys forming groups of mates, ignoring them.

I heard of a custody case, with wild accusations.
The male protecting himself, recording like the females.
As a success story, he ended up with custody.
As you can expect, nothing was done about lies.

So the young boy, faces society and its bigotry.
The phone showing, she was to drunk for sex.
The phone showing, he tried to initiate sex.
The phone showing, a picture that he asked for.
The phone showing, his pictures she didn’t want.
    The phone showing, an argument.
A false accusation, is as easy as ever.
Everything in the list, can be manipulated.
Everything in the list, can easily be lies.
Every act, viewed that only the female can be the victim.
    Every act, evidence in court.

The false witness, as powerful as ever.
How then can the young boy, trust the young girl.
Doing something to a young girl, will ruin his life.

  8. LukeNZ #3: Note the judge’s comment “False allegations of rape are extremely unsettling”.

    Unsettling?!!!

  9. Trying to prove God does not exist, is a dangerous subject.
People have set beliefs, changing them impossible.
Personally for me, it’s always been a science question.
I don’t care what people think, I will say it anyway.

    My upbringing, was without religion.
My first encounter, a sleepover at the neighbours.
They preyed at dinner, and I thought they were crazy.
Next when I was hospitalised, about eight.
We had Sunday school, painting religious pictures.
Bit by bit I learnt, even read bits of the bible.
I wasn’t to I was thirteen, before religion confronted me.
Needing saving, I went to a church on Sunday.
They preached of miracles, of Jesus coming back to life.
I was so angry, so angry humans lied to me.
Nonsense I say, the boy vowed to himself.
God does not exist, and I’m going to prove it.

That was then, many years have past.
I can do both arguments, for existing and not existing.
Not existing, means the universe is a natural event.
Not existing, means God existing is not compliant.
Existing means, God can be a compliant thing.

Next is the supernatural God, which is the hard question.
To prove that exists, one must repeat the bible.
