  1. Extortion. “the practice of obtaining something, especially money, through force or threats.”

That’s what Protection Orders are, it forces an outcome.
If your wife makes a PO, it inevitably includes the children.
So you can’t see your kids, and it becomes permanent.
The father is forced to act on the threat, he must hire a Lawyer.

Once upon a time, none of this nonsense was allowed in court.
Now it’s an industry making money, all they needed was laws.
Even if the public don’t like it, they extort money from them.
Far from serving the community, it bleeds the public dry.

If lawyers had there way, they would sue for hurt feelings.

  2. “If lawyers had there way, they would sue for hurt feelings”

They would do far worse; family court lawyers would happily make the women’s mind a legal entity.

  3. Well I did call there business a crime, so that’s pretty bad.
“They would do far worse”, is something to contemplate.

If you think about lawyers, sometimes half the time they are lying.
Think of a sex crime case, there is only one truth.
One lawyer says he did it, one lawyer says he did not do it.
If the person in fact didn’t do it, the prosecutor lies.
If the person in fact did do it, the defence lawyer lies.
Either way a lawyer lies, an unavoidable reality of the trade.

When did needing a lawyer begin, was it as soon as they made laws.
Can you escape life without one, even I am guilty of using one.
By design they are powerful, they can do things you can’t do.
Law upon law upon law, they are ever growing in our lives.
It’s one thing to be parasitic, it is another to be predatory.
When I look at the US, can a legal system be more obscene.
They literally sue for nothing, and they get millions for it.
Lawyers make fortunes, never mind the consequences.

Someone must defend the monster, because what if it’s you.
If you are buying property, you need to do it properly.
A will or a trust, there are good reasons for lawyers.
How did seeing your kids, by law become a lawyer thing.
I only described one crime in #1, it’s one of many.

Lawyers are a contradiction, they are good and very bad.
There has never been reform, as to the profits of lawyers.
To many lawyers as politicians, it becomes inevitably corrupt.
Laws made by lawyers, for the financial benefit of lawyers.
The domestic violence act, is a very good example.
Except in NZ it was by female lawyers, for female lawyers.

  4. The domestic violence act, is a very good example.

    Of what?

Of legislation that was written in the United States and imported to New Zealand by a feminist radical who managed to get it adopted by the NZ Parliament?

Then I’d agree with you on that one.

  5. Interesting period of time, after that law’s introduction.
Parliament does evil things to men, this is one of them.

After the DV act came into law, men suiciding increased.
Rather than ask why it increased, politicians had a better solution.
They banned talking about suicide, everyone was silenced.
The coroner was silenced, the media was silenced.
The larger numbers of suicides, has not stopped happening.
What’s more evil, a law killing people or the cover up.

If only the Men minister could speak, I can imagine the response.
Decades of bigoted parliament, could be destroyed in sentences.
Would the media be silent, would they continue the charade.
I can also imagine the outrage, how dare someone defend men.

  6. When the law becomes an injustice resistance is a duty and the suicide statistics you are talking about were ‘obtained’ from the Ministry of Health and published on this site back around 2002.
