Living With InJustice
Is to be on your knees,
Being a SURVIVOR of this one is to be a SURVIVOR of victimisation for sure,
SURVIVING such a thing as this take guts, moral fibre, faith?, and all those wonderful things,
These things may not be easy to find on your own and you WILL need BACK UP,
But there is no boot camp for this one, no resolution, no respite, but to forget….forget about the people who used to be in your life??..the life you used to have????
“Just get over it, start a new”, you hear them say.
So you just look forward to another day, so you know there is one more day down, not one more day toward anything in particular, just one more day down.
From the Family Matters Centre…on Alienation
:quote; Jill’s professional work with alienation begins with a differentiation process, in order to understand the reasons for the child’s withdrawal This understanding can be achieved relatively quickly via well researched treatment routes.
True parental alienation is considered an abuse which is on a par with other child abuses, and which many international jurisdictions now classify as a crime.
The damage done to a child, as a result of being poisoned against a loving parent, is serious and long lasting. Progress is increasing internationally in the understanding and treatment of such cases.
In New Zealand, there is a wide variation of understanding about these cases. The wilful refusal of one parent to comply with contact orders is less and less tolerated. But the delay factor, still so characteristic of such cases is very harmful.
It is important to name and understand alienation correctly, and as early as possible. And to work on a path forward to resolve it; quote:

People not living, but waiting to die?

I guess it sounds that way…sorry to be soooo Marvyn, some days it pisses you off,,some days it doesnt,,,those days are the good ones… but seriously, for the ones who do not have good solid support it must feel this way,, because even for the ones whom have great support, they will still have days like these.

It is very understandable Mama.
Having had the unenviable experience of a Gulf War POW in the work place it brings some perspective to the depth or extent of emotional injury. A reality that escapes us generations beyond other significant wars.
In peacetime a war on civilians has a similar effect but not a injury.
Injustice creates a set of circumstances that must be lived with on a daily basis. Not something of your own doing. We can roll away from minor injustice and brush it off a bit like watching the war on TV, you can turn it off, but injustice can be a war zone that forces you to live in that war zone.
We saw this in real time recently when estranged relatives crossed the demarcation line at the end of the Korean War.
Slow progress, but jurisdictions are beginning to see the criminal mind behind alienation. Not something that fits well with the Feminist agenda, more within the realm of sensible society.

# 4, Downunder,, thank you for the great mansplain,,,and I say that in the best possible way, you weave history, societal cause, change and effect into your every sentence. Thankyou…

It’s tempting to lay some political claim to ‘mansplain’ and I’m not going to complain too loudly about that but what would be really nice is seeing women writers saying something sensible without being patronizing and condescending toward men by apologising to the Feminist movement for having an independent opinion.

I used to laugh at the expression being “put under arrest”
I used to think on what authority can anyone say to this living breathing made of flesh, blood and bone man that he is “put under arrest.”
Most people are arrested in many other ways.
They seem to find holes in our Armour and swoop in and take something away like an organ or a limb or a loved one.
WE are still whole but the earth itself has been removed from under our feet.

You could say women have been put under arrest by Feminism and some men too.
They live in fear of failing to acknowledge Feminism for what they have today.
They are not at liberty to speak their mind in one sense and others feel obliged to parrot political mantras to belong.

10 – 7 big buddies.
Keeping the ‘FAMILY’ in the Family Court…
Two people have a child.
They love and cherish that child.
They are a FAMILY.
Their relationships falters, their relationship ends.
Does this end the family?
Does the father no longer have a family?
Does the father no longer have a child?
The father is now a half father…
Sometimes he fears he may disappear….
This was not how it was supposed to be….
So he stands, he fights for his right to be that father!
But again he fears he may disappear.

Injustice is a lawyer term for more income.
If you can maximise injustice you can maximise income.
If you create no injustice legal services are not required.
You therefore must maximise the incentive for injustice.
And solve no injustice when they occur.

Injustice comes in many forms and the word gets less use now than it previously has.
Inequity is another word for injustice.
The role and behavior of lawyers has changed.
The observation is a fair reflection of the contemporary not of the could be.
Another way to put the question is the distance between justice and right.

Do you see what is happening there Voices?
The double-edge sword of Feminism;
The fight for equity and the defense of the victim.
