60 Minutes – Incredible Story – Innocent Man Sent To Jail
Arrested. Put in jail. Ruined for money. Cheated out of his home.
The police did not investigate claims.
On this occasion one female detective picked up on inconsistencies and decided to investigate.
It took 5 years. His parents spent AU$600,000 to find his innocence. Zero compensation. An a unbelievable toll to this man.
Once again, UNJUSTNESS prevails, I am insensed by these cases, no compensation, what about charges, maybe we need detectives working on all cases involving these types of disgusting claims.
It really makes you feel like the family court is feeble that it can not realy handle Justice as it were.

@Mama
The detectives who investigated him made no mistake. Why? No policy to investigate her history, her phone, her GPS, her text messages, her finances.
Calling the accuser a victim was no mistake. Why? It is a requirement to call her a victim from the outset.
The imprisonment of this man before trial was no mistake. For violent allegations imprisonment is a requirement too. Even if there was no past history.
The AU$600,000 spent by his parents and their divorce was no mistake. The policy is to make it expensive to defend and ruin someone financially without compensation if they do.
The zero compensation was no mistake. Government considers it not necessary to have a law to compensate.
His name in the media at the time he was charged was no mistake. His right to a life and his mental wellbeing after a not guilty verdict is not as important as the publics right to know who has been charged.
The system worked as it was intended to work. It was no mistake what happened to this man.
The feminists believe there was no mistake either.
That is how the system has been set up and it worked perfectly as it was designed. Everything that happened to this man was inline with Government and police policy.
The detectives followed policy to the letter. They did their job as instructed without error. A textbook execution in all respects and very fair and successful outcome for the victim regardless of the verdict or further investigation and discovery.
After all a detective who dare to question this victims statement or possible motive could risk his employment.
The problem is law, policy, attitude.
Does Government was to change policy. No. Why? What politician would risk their career to suggest even it.

#2 Marc. Well said.
I watched a French movie recently when a Judge has a relationship with a Juror on a case he is presiding over. He is called to the Jury Room to clarify a part of the Law. When challenged about what his advice was, he said the following, “The goal of Justice is not to bring out the truth. It exists to reaffirm the principles of Law.”

Policy becomes the conspiracy.
A conspiracy of parliament and a conspiracy in the police.
Policy is driving the gender war.

Policy also allows this woman the freedom to plot and drag others into her conspiracy.
It’s a very serious situation.
Because we don’t know how many accomplices their are and to what degree they are affected.
His life could still be in danger.

It’s a parallel with parental alienation.
This woman has gathered a bunch of kids around her to do her dirty work.
They are not thinking for themselves. They don’t know right from wrong.
They are obeying someone else’s orders that allow her crime/conspiracy to go unseen.

The only plus is they didn’t have children. Imagine the alienation and with a severe case into the grand into the grand children’s generation.

A massive story that we are not being told
Note that the her husband was sentenced to 18 years in jail however when her lies were exposed, she was sentenced to 2 years jail!!
Some history of other men she had ruined was also exposed.
The woman in this story has Borderline Personality disorder. It is the only gender specific personalilty disorder. One in 10 women have borderline personality. It shows up in a smaller percentage amoung gay men

Yes the story is much larger.
What about the policeman boss who she was having an affair with. This policeman ran the case and now he no longer works for the force. Why isn’t he sitting in the dock or jail?
The people should be able to have confidence in the force but how can they with this sort of nonsense.

Marc, I was wondering about that too.
There was a Canadian documentary (true story) from the early 1990’s on the same subject and it was a similar story about a young married couple. In one part she cut up all the family photos and albums. Does anyone know the name of that movie by any chance? That would be appreciated, thanks

There are loads of documented cases of this type. Husbands being jailed because wifes want them out of the way for good and need his house and money. This one had less damage because kids were not involved.
Take this case and add a children to it. What would the children think of their mum? Intolerable mental health damage.
And what about the men who are locked up in jail? A lifetimes mental health.
The 2 year sentence for her says to the world we don’t consider it to be a concern.

False accusations.
Took myself two years battling the Nz Family court. Alienation is the cruellest crime. When a Lawyer tells your ex through lack of proof “just tick all the boxes we will deal with it”. Then goes on to make up and exaggerate claims, statement admitted by my ex in court, use her previous associate through so called e duty to implement a Without Notice Protection Order. Behind closed doors Family court is disgusting what is worst the laws give you no chance to investigate and hold the true criminals to account. Judges changed transcripts, left out important defence material deliberately .I won at High court Protection Order effectively discharged in doing so lost everything still unable to see my daughter a month later as a new Judge wants a new Bias child Lawyer report. No protection Order and they still kidnap your child. Ex lied in court proven admitted assaulting our girl yet Judges ignore. Stand up to these criminals go public ,Hold these scum Judges and Lawyers to account for there crimes.
