Mans Lawyer Ordered To Pay Ex Wife Half A Million + Costs When Trust Failed To Protect His Assets
Firstly I am not a lawyer. If you need advice on trusts go to a lawyer who specialises in trusts. Large legal firms have specialists in each field.
From what I understand.
1. Man goes to legal firm to get advice on how to protect his assets. i.e. his home.
2. Legal firm draws up trust. Put home in trust.
3. Ex wife takes him to court for half his trusts house.
4. Man adds his legal firm as a third party at the hearing.
5. Ex Wife wins however legal firm has to pay directly ex wifes what the man loss. i,e, half a million. Plus legal costs.
Lawyer filed me into two court cases under duress and coercion. Lawyers misusing power abd not caring to follow client’s instructions. Lawyer left me extremely bad off, that is consumer abuse. This industry needs monitoring and spot checks. As lawyers are encroaching on doing their desires at clients costs.
Not listening to clients instructions. Try to use mature friends abd family to assist the couple. Local law office you know won’t keep cases going for years and years and years. As lawyers are doing this, they are filing wrong, misfiling doing unnecessary work far beyond scope beyond instructions.
Look out as your finanical position will ho down the toilet, in this industry. Tip, be as fkexi as possible to your Ex partner. Don’t sweat the small or temporary things. As you will easily pay 50k to 100k a year on letting these controllers come on in to your life. Years will tick by and they embed themselves in deep sinking you in more. You get nothing at the end. Left ylwith their huge bills. Statistically thats what the odds are. Fleeces the family. Finanically rapes the family.
Vulnerable clients get led into trusting lawyer in good faith, following these people, who are taking finanical advantage for own-intetest. It is rife, I was dupt by 3 lawyers, charging abd failing work, all there for money only. Not following their care of duty
I have woken up to what this process is really about. It needs far better monitoring. It needs full costs ahead mapped out for the first 12 months, when thet enlist you. Worse case scenarios. So uou do not get finanically impacted with their deception. It runs on deceptive play, as if everything is just round the corner.
Father’s use CCTV hard over points at supermarkets or similar. Record voices on phone at hand overs if necessary. Enlist at Parenting Centre do courses, as judges can not look negatively ylat you. Know court is working on 50/50 shared parenting. Its not stacked against men. Its thecrrapsvyou slow yourself to fall in, that trip you up. As womens refudge cebtre tell woman…Act as if the Ex is a blow fly buzzing arrlound you, tune out to the noise. Men do the same, the sooner you see courts are not ideal place to get involved in your family. Vthat money needs to stay in your children’s family circuit not fuelling those shark invested waters. The sooner NZ families take their control back away from what fails to work. Lawyers like you avoiding jediating too. Dobt, get inti mediation with free court staff. Get the lawyers billing stopped where possible. Only use if you must. Learn how to self represent, fill in gorm templates. Do it, as its cheaper. It is a process for years abd years. Get a grip on it. Master the process.
If we look at lawyers as Kirby Vax sales people more and we get more accountability, loads more. If we remove emotional blind siding away from lawyers. Then and only then these lawyers will be outed where they over bill, and creae finsnicsl advantages. Start a petition to get lobbynto Govt for transparent estimating a must. Like Australia abdbupfstes to changesin costs must be quoted. Lawyers are taking peoples lives away, children’s stable living abilities. All because we are too trusting.

You select best to protect and shield to supported, guided, at your most vulnerable. They harm you so badly, lead you to bankruptcy.
Even when you do not need to go bankrupt.
All in the name of strengthening their failed court case.
In a system the evidence is failed to be filed by the very professional you paid over $500 per hour for 5 years nearly. It is not good enough, this system,is so flawed. Finanically raped my family.
That so called top lawyer made you pay for nearly 5 years. I cried out in pain of no money. I was geld down like George Floyd, every cent was striped where ever possible it went yo lawyers. We eat so small, we sunk so far. She is out there. You have very little hope. There is no management of what these untouchables can get from you. As the court cases hold you to ransom. Court cases you never even wanted. As several cases, helps hide the over billing better.

NZLS process will take 2 years to get through a check. If your lawyer has made any error that alarms you, change lawyer immediately. As that likely will be repeat repeat repeat…behaviors. unearthed major issues with Lawyers. Seriously bad high level of errors. Including they never admit to errors tgen they refill you to fix up their elongated mess.
They are the modern day equalivilant to a cannibal. You are fresh meat going in their door. They will up sell services, carry out any service on paper to enable a fee charged. String out phone calls. Start recording g your sessions with lawyers if you have concerns. Recird phone calls.. as I have a phone call, clearly staying I do not want to file a case. Yet I was coerced into a case. A DANGEROUS case. I was seriously hurt. Everything that could go wrong, almost all went wrong. Thank God for strong professionals helping me now. They are in shock of what went on.

Then all your family business goes across the commonwealth law websites, for legsl fodder. Courts and Lawyers….no faith in that system. Hundreds of thousands out of my pocket. I now am in a position to lobby to public out there. To make a change. Its this bad.

FEED BACK ME PLEASE ON THE TRICKERY LAWYERS USED OVER YOU TO EARN Their added extra fees. Anyone suffered fear tactics? COECERION? Undue Pressure? FoRCed into doing what you did not want uo do? TOLD YOU TO DO THIS and that and it escalated litigation ? – when you did not need to?

I phone a very expensive lawyer fimor best safest advice. I got the most dangerous, most life impacting horrible advice, entrapped for years.
I was leaving home, so I spent over $250 for safe pjone call on what to pack, and what not to. I was instructed to take furniture chattels to save money by the lawyer.
Court case broke out.
Lawyer did not shield or protect me
Lawyer avoided being served case on lawyer. Then passed me to a close loyal lawyer to the first lawyer.
First lawyer starts a new unnecessary court case as if a defence to furniturevissue. A full on Property Relationships Act 1975 court case. I had instructed NO to. I had emailed 3 times I was scared, feared a PRA xase, feared a legal monster could break out. Was not want I wanted to do. I emailed lawyer I was being forced to file PRA case. Abd I was. Lawyer knowing all this served the PRA case on my Ex Partner. Who thought I was after property equity. I never was. I was charged way over $100,000.00 for this unwanted issue. This is a true story. I have my 3 emails at the befire lawyer served by Ex partner the court case. I was harmed, I was entrapped, all over lawyers first bad advice telling me to take furniture chattels. Then starting what would have been a 2 week hearing for PRA case. It could have earnt lawyer up to 250k had it been able to be left with lawyer. Judge was ruling along directions it was weak meritless. I ended PRA case around 3 1/2 years in as lawyers kept it running abd running to feed themselves. One lawyer used nevto pay her rent, never made offers to settle out on drop hands. Never knew that term till commerical lawyer stepped in when I was so broken down. Commerical lawyers are better than Family Lawyers. That is called a hopeless xase. It is true I was forced into a hopeless case.
I lived in a one bedroom unit with my children, I bought 1 kilo sausages, 1 tray of eggs, riches abd friends helped with the odd mea. As lawyers fees sucked and sucked abd I was advised I was stuck. Mo wonder why as PRA case stuck me deep. I am mow highly affected mentally by the extreme suffering lawyer created in me. Mentally impacted. Health suffered I was hospitalized in ambulance. Doctor advised I was close to dying. Imkunity dropped. Life was so bad, I did not want to be living with litigation so high it was consumed so much leveraged money. Social services were shocked. I was stuck. Lawyer continued doing whatever liked. Loads of extra work which was ruled as fails, wrong, inappropriate. Judge ruled civil type litigation was going on by counsels, he was mot impressed. Imaplropriate for family if young children.
I lost 8 years of my life. My quality of life was gained so badly. I had 2 leaky units to fund, caveats were on everything because if the forced PRA case.
I never had shared assets jointly.
I never had a joint bank account. What the gell was happening to me?
I was drowning because a lawyer exerted too much of a cover up for lawyers initial faulty advice. All leverable equity got chewed away to lawyers. My emails never approved that case. All emails stated averse to it. How does this happen?
The hungry lawyer.
Stay away from hungry lawyers. They want awards on papers all about themselves. They create books with them. They appear to look good. Those awards you never get paid, as the lawyer fails uou abd they are not worth anything. You have been milked, cheated, conned inti thinking you had safe sound protection. You had a shark riding you, feasting off you.
When I still speaking about my bad experience, Take it then from me, I’m soaking out until I am made happy until my SouL is shown protection.
You may hear me one day on Sunday TV if that’s what it takes. I will shield my family from it, however I will never go silently and see another family treated like this. I will create change, they will listen, as I saw it first hand, I felt it, I suffered it. All fir what a game of lawyers plays out.
Where was the care? Its was not there. I paid tge so called best. If this was my experience, you are all in trouble. LOBBY FOR CHANGE CONSUMER RIGHTS BETTER PROTECTED. My income was so low, legsl bills average $4,350 per month for around 40 months. Lawyers taking advantage sbd waahing hands as if they have no fault… mistakes… burying the bodies as dead clients almost. Forgetting the people they hurt, must stop.
I am like John Kirwan now….but different … mentally harmed by lawyers actions.

Yet The Hungry Lawyer filed me regardless of my inability to finance legal bills anymore. By cries of poverty, my cries of inability to feed my family well. My cries of friends needling ti feed us. My cries of phone getting cut off. We’re all verbally told to The achingly Lawyer. All recorded on phone call that was to be good news ofvrewards in court orders gained yet it became about an appeal and how ti get client inti an appeal.
I hold the recording. Lawyer heard my clear consumers advice No to appeal. Yeyt threw me into an appeal. Lost at appeal. I was injured over $30,000.00 in a cost award yo opposition. The Hubgry Lawyer eats through clients. The Hibgry Lawyer suggests you vankruot yourself to strengthen the failing case lawyrr ruined from lack of care lack of attendance to advice your best case. Lawyer failed to even allow me ti use my relatives and friends as witness affidavits. Never phoned any witness in fact for supporting that case, no wonder we lost. Judge was wondering what was up no evidence. Mo discovery fir 7 months either. The critical time needing to prove.

This HungryLawyer is duplicated all through, a butterfly and flies uo the ranks, evolving on my misery. Families are left hurt, weakened, finanixally hurting. They can can mix n’ mingle and if they are top society.
Beware how they got there, climbing over my baby, my children, and finanixally suffocating me.
Beware before you engage a Family Lawyer. IM NOT A LAWYER OBVIOUSLY, but I would see value in asking a commerical lawyer to Annalise what is going on, as that was the only lawyer who saved me from HELL. He is now a kind Judge, who made a difference to pull me the hell out of a snake pit. Thank God I had leaky units and met the commerical lawyer. That God.
