@1 The prize is the family home, the income from being the sole custody of the child. Just all too easy to lie or alienate and shape a young mind when she has the child. Courts take what she says as fact. If that doesn’t work, step it up and suggest consented sexual activity was not consented afterwards. In those circumstances a dad could end up staying at the forcibly confined bed and breakfast for a decade and lose all what he worked and paid for.
Absolute rubbish fraud by the perpetrators that is rubber-stamped by the family court. And if you dare suggest or present factual hard evidence that is what has happened, you are yelled at.
State sponsored suicide in full bloom with the assistance of IRD, and they all know it. It’s the most shameful fraud and blight on New Zealand and the child.
The Australians are on to it. It took a woman, Pauline Hanson who identified the mass suicides, murders, the lawyers fees, the damage to children, parent and extended family members. Oz wiped the family court and its rules from their lands. NZ has not yet reached that conclusion. It’s a major part of the tax take.
The future of family in NZ is bleak. And so is the tax take as more dads educate their sons on how the system works should your partner flip-flop on you. Solo parenthood with a housekeeper is not that left field. Woman do it now.
It remains to be seen how the Federal Circuit Court will work out for our Australian families. A move to Oz is a glowing option to avoid what happens in NZ each working day on a near hourly basis.
It makes me ashamed of the politicians who turn a blind eye to it. I am quite sure those politicians , with their professionally informed awareness will in time, leave them with a legacy of unethical and ignominious intent that watched and waited on this gender genocide growth.
Apart from the shame, it is no wonder they slow down and sit on the evidence that could convict New Zealand of genocide in The Hague.

I hope it does work out better. Jim and I made a couple trips to Australia during their adventures.
By comparison the Aussies have been more determined to find a better outcome. They have a more robust democracy than New Zealand’s fast disintegrating version that has allowed them to process.
Next year I can celebrate 25 years of my ongoing and unconcluded family court case.
It’s suits them not to settle out of court and continue every avenue of persecution they can find because that’s both the mentality of the mother and her dribbling little Labour Party lawyer.
If it’s going to get any better in NZ it would take a significant political movement to change that and with the voting population becoming increasingly women 52/48 it becomes even more difficult.

#2 – Oh yes, I discovered Shine and the very subjective Duluth model during my hearing. I was given a lesson on the Power and Control wheel. Just another organization that hates men and enforces rhetoric around women being victims.

The whole point of this post is to recognise the journalists are deliberately and wilfully playing on the vulnerability of men, particularly men who are of fame or known.
They play on words to paint the person under investigation or charged in a poor light. Running their own smear campaign as mean and harsh as their ability and tools can produce.
To award themselves the right to put a vulnerable human being in the position of thinking to do the worst to themselves. Is that a good thing to have in society? Is that the world we want?
Is what they did to Craig and his family journalism or something else?
I call it thuggery. Imagine if he had topped himself? Was that the intention? In my view I think they have done more damage to themselves than their intended victim. And this writing here is to point out they have committed a crime against humanity.
I would like to know what their intentions were. If they worked for me I would let them go.
In the school yard they call it bulling. At work they call it harassment. But really it should be recognised as an assault. Freedom of the press yes, but not character assault on a person who is vulnerable.
It is long past due for Governments around the world to reinstate some balance and protect the thousands of men who fall victim to these sorts of groups by providing name suppression until that person is found guilty.
In time I hope Craig can heal.

A century ago we didn’t have technology involved in mass media and celebrity activity was not so developed.
Amid the financial constraints that occurred main stream media in the US survived by attacking politicians instead – the politicians were the visible characters of the day, and lived in fear of a dominant US media. This was a trend that was more visible in the US than elsewhere.
A century later politicians now use media as a shield and are much more insulated. We’re aware of the paparazzi and the continual targeting of celebrities who often welcome the limelight.
It’s a commercial reality of today’s media that has reinvented itself in the current form rather than something completely new.
Not something I support but you are well aware of inclinations of humans to use other people to suit their own purposes.

Yes – media behaviour like this is not new. It also happens in HR departments and other employment circles. But bringing this vulnerability home, we have our own stories to tell regarding similar experiences men would have had via the justice system, media and employment. While this forum would not suit, collating these experiences is the first step before a story with any value can be told.

So, proven to be coached to say things.
Tried and found not guilty.
IE some witch hunt MeToo event.

Yes they would hate the public seeing accusations being coached.
“What we are wanting is for those who have been sexually harmed to come forward, tell their story. But when we have stories like this where it’s all about the [alleged] offender and ‘Oh, poor me’, it definitely has an impact on those who will come forward, and I don’t think it’s responsible of TV to do that.”
People who are falsely accused, or treated, or conspired against, deserve the right to tell there stories.
It shows, due to coaching, the accuser is not telling there story, but a story created by coaching.
Hence the hatred of the documentary.

Totally ignorant of harm caused by false allegations.
They are also survivors.

Accusers endlessly tell there stories, even post trial.
Why is the accusers story’s endless, but his must stop.

No we know they are LYING.

There’s never a problem rehashing one of these stories when it supports the ‘female survivor’ the ongoing retribution is justified.
This is a documentary about a false allegation process. The fact it has a man at the centre of it is beside the point. It’s not the first time we’ve had a documentary about a situation created by false allegations and misinformation but this one just happens to be of a sexual nature.
The big “No.” is to be expected, from that quarter.
They’re just enjoying the bad press and the reality.

The “I am not a rapist” documentary was very cutting where a very young man took his own life. As a result his mother took her life and his sister was left alone in their family.
Such an encouraged manmade tragedy befallen on this small family in the pursuit of blind faith “all woman must be believed.”
It is a heinous crime that is yet to be recognised as even criminal.
Hard to understand that aiding and abetting suicide carries a maximum imprisonment term of 14 years with a false allegation is nothing.
Section 179(2) A person commits an offence who incites, counsels, or procures another person to commit suicide, even if that other person does not commit or attempt to commit suicide in consequence of that conduct.
Behaviour like that left unchecked has resulted in thousands of suicides.

I haven’t been following the story but it’s been made public that Martin Devlon tried to commit suicide last night following allegations of a sexual nature.
