This project is reviewing existing rules providing access to Court records and developing principles to govern access to Court records, the retention and archiving of records. It is considering the appropriateness of a single code providing rules for all jurisdictions.

Access to Court Records — Draft Report for Consultation The Law Commission’s draft report Access to Court Records is now available for consultation. The Commission makes recommendations for the rules and principles governing access to court records, and other information held by courts. The Commission welcomes any comments on the draft report and the recommendations made in it. The closing date for submissions and comments on the draft report is Monday 24 April 2006. The draft report is available by clicking on the heading. This Court Records issue leads into another completely unreasonable approach taken by CYFS.
The NZ Justice System demands that justice be open and be seen to be open. So how is it that any rat-arsed jerk with a mission can lay an allegation with CYFS and have his or her identity hidden?
What happens when Ann gets a snitch on Pete, because Pete runs off with John? She then tells CYFS that Pete ‘interfered’ with lil Billy, but fails to reveal she was abbed with Pete some time before, and is now snitched out that Pete ran off with John? CYFS, sensing yet another victim to be hung, drawn and quartered (Pete) go at it with a will.
The feminazis investigate, find insufficient evidence (obviously) to go any further, but refuse to remove the unwarranted stain from Pete’s name. But Pete can’t even begin to fight back because he doesn’t know it’s Ann who has placed the false allegation.
And so he wanders off with a life-time record on the CYFS computer, placed their by vile women who really ‘know’ he’s guilty but just can’t prove it.
The Pete wants to change jobs to become a bus-driver or cabbie. Oh no. There is an allegation on the CYFS computer.
But surely, if justice was open, and the allegant was required to front, then Pete could then show some very good reasons why the allegations were made and have some judge expung the record.
Tghe CYFS computer recording and retention process must be one of the few which are allowed to judge a person guilty before trial, via inuendo.
But isn’t that the way these vile women operate? They use wholesale conjecture while remaining frugal with fact. Bitches.
I think we should press to have the lot properly analysed so we can weed out those who use our children, and their hatred of men, as a dumping ground for their own issues.
A short while ago, a senior Family Court offical, one who is clearly not a part of the Feminazi movement, told me, ‘You, my man are fighting a ghost. So long as they (CYFS) can keep throwing unsubstantiated accustaions at you, the very lack of substance is something you simply cannot push against, because it’s a ghost. No substance. No form in other than the imaginations of the system.’
Ain’t that truth?

David, CYFS workers are the lowest paid social workers. Generally social workers start at CYFS and as soon as they can, they find another higher paying job. There are a few that have been there for a long time. (In small towns there are more because there are less jobs) If you are still going through CYFS shit, then you should jump up and down to get a good, older, long term CYFS case officer and if you are in a small town leave and move into a bigger town like Auckland where you almost get lost. Also CYFS workers are responsible for their actions so they like many other governmet workers, lawyers, counsellors etc, etc, etc cannot say you are good enough because they are then responsible for your future actions. So are the judges.
If you can find someone with at least 6 letters after their occupational name who will back you up, then you can give the social workers, lawyers, judges etc a way out of being responsible. It is just how the system works.

Regarding access to Court records – what a joke – what access – I have been denied all records from CYFS & Family Court since 2001 !!!! The judges won’t release the information . That will be my submission to the pathetic toothless tiger called the Law Commission! Nothing will ever change in this corrupt country and more children look set to suffer.

it’s an evil word, it’s french, no – not ‘boshier’, ‘beauracrazy’, one in the same maybe, we don’t need court’s for our childrens benefit, we’ve all been conditioned and brainwashed to think it is normal, courts are for criminals, are they not … i.e. judges and lawyers…
