Fighting Fund

Hi again,

It occurs to me that the CYFSterhood et al have access to unlimited money, whereas we victims do not…mainly because our taxes are being used by the CYFSterhood to fight us.

And so we need to establish a fighting fund.

John P. Will you put up your hand to become treasurer?

I would, but I know my limitations. Accounting is something I leave to my accountant.

Such fund needs an adminstration to determine how the fund is to be spent. That means a few more will have to put up their hand to be administrators/trustees. And we need a fab name on the trust. I’ve got one of those.

It is easy to form a NP Trust, open an account in its name.

I’m not, for a moment suggesting any of us put bucks in, although any contributions will be welcomed.

I will put my hand up for being the marketing manager to help others attract funds. I don’t want to mention the method here….remember, let’s not forewarn the enemy….but with a bit of judicious effort I can see an average of $10k a week flowing into such a fund, within a ‘very’ short time-scale!

Fund-raising is easy when you know how. And I know how. :–))

John P. In order for us to keep our fund-rasing methodolgy secret from the CYFSterhood, we will need some form of security.

Do you run some form of address-verified process with contributors here?

By this I mean, is there some way we can sift applicants who wish to know the FR method to ensure we don’t have bogies applying?

Energy, people. That’s what’s required here. No more sitting around feeling sorry for ourselves. Let’s take the fight to the enemy, instead of allowing them to always bring the fight to us, on their ground.

We need hard data and money, and friends at Court. So let’s go after them all. They’re all there for the having, we just have to have the will to go gettum.

Remember Lisistrata???

Cheers
David.

  1. David, CYFS do not have unlimited funds. Each child is allocated a sum of money. Only under certain situations does this change and CYFS may need permission from parliment it self.

Did you know that pressure is put on caregivers to take custody of children who have been in their care after a few years. This is one of CYFS recent changes to save money so they can spend it on the new children coming in.

CYFS want the children short term. If the caregivers refuse, then they also have the children taken off them.

I think what is needed is support from very, very educated people. You know the one’s with heaps of letters behind their occupational names.

I liken CYFS to probation. When a prison lets an inmate out early with a probation or preliminary hearing (is it called that) the officials that hear the cases won’t put themselves on the line through risk, so only a high profile psychologist or psychiatrist or some other highly profile, highly educated person can.

Basically, it gives the hearing officials a back door. Someone else gets the blame if something goes wrong. I have recently learn’t that these people are controlled by another system.

Anyhow, I know such a person, American infact. He explained to me how the politics of the system works and he can’t stand it. Hmmm. I wonder what he would think about situations on this site.

By the way, I am just wondering why people who work (paid) in this field are not engaging in your ideas and commenting. I have noticed such people in another post about a man losing his baby to CYFS because he accidently broke a bone by gripping the leg when the baby slipped from his arms after having a bath.

Maybe you could e-mail these posts directly to them. They must have more understanding of what is going on and they could teach us.

  3. David asks:

John P. Will you put up your hand to become treasurer?

Sorry, I have more than enough to do already.

John P. In order for us to keep our fund-rasing methodolgy secret from the CYFSterhood, we will need some form of security.

Do you run some form of address-verified process with contributors here?

I verify email addresses of contributors (registered article posters). In addition, the IP address of every poster or commenter is recorded.

Your idea is fine, but I think any organisation should be completely separate from this site.
